Product came in packaged well. Had an issue after a long ride with the locking levers and had to contact the seller. Customer service was excellent and everything was taken care of.

I think the problem with this rack is it’s designed to fit the spools on the chieftain without the plastic sleeves installed on them. If you use a factory accessory backrest you have to install the plastic sleeves or it is loose. I wanted to be able to switch back and forth. So for this to fit with the sleeves you have to open the mounting points a little with a file or sander. The metal it is made of is very thick and the mount feels very strong. The chrome looks good. The security bolts to keep the levers locked are awful. The rack is not threaded. So you have to try and hold a nut and start a tiny bolt. I ended up just using zip ties to make sure the levers stay down. It works. It holds my trunk. But install wasn’t as easy as I hoped.

This mounts perfectly on my 2018 chieftain limited with the stock luggage mounts. The frame it sturdy and the fit and finish look good as well. It was easy to assemble and the pre drilled holes match up to the Viking bags trunk. I am happy with the fit and build quality.

It fits the Indian Challenger bolt covers. It's loose though. Also the quick disconnect hinges fell right the he'll off. Not a good buy.

I bought this mount and although the quality appeared to be there and it is a near perfect fit, one trip and it lost one of the brackets that hold it on the motorcycle

This looks great. Very sturdy and fits correctly with zero adjustment needed. Simple to but together and get on and off my bike.

Sturdy and fits. However, the front hooks are too narrow and do not slide onto quick connector the way it should. The metal is fabricated with too narrow of a connector causing it to not go on all the way. Had to remove the rubber protective cover just to get it to connect. Then had to use a rubber mallet to get it to slide into place correctly. Lot of effort for something as expensive as this.

I bought this for my 2020 Indian Challenger. I had to take off the front rubbers and grind the hooks out to make it fit on the bike. Locks would not latch, so I had to drill new holes so the locking bolts would line up.Should have purchased direct from Indian for the $80 price difference.
