I am diabetic and did not realize that diabetics have to watch the kinds of tea they drink, I was not able to try this but can say I would have loved to. I can also say that this tea is very expensive, you get 24 tea bags for $12.00 making each tea bag 50 cents each. Also to warn: people with high blood pressure should avoid hibiscus tea as well as diabetics.

This is a very tart tea with an amazing color. I mixed it with honey and then poured it over ice. My family and I really enjoyed the flavor and overall presentation.There are no off flavors here and the tea was very high quality.

Tried opening the teabag. Tried all four sides of the teabag envelope. Impossible. So I used scissors trying to avoid cutting into the teabag itselfI will not buy this product again

Hibiscus tea works well served either hot or iced. This one is a beautiful rich reddish color, and has a pleasant tangy taste. This tea is made from only hibiscus flowers, and is not a blend. If you like to dress up your tea, both mint and orange work well. It is naturally low in calories; adding sugar will of course change the calorie count. As a pure herbal tea, it’s hard to over-brew. Feel free to let the bag steep for 5-8 minutes, and if you accidentally forget it for even longer, the tea won’t be ruined.This tea is packaged in bags, 24 to a package. The bags are individually wrapped in some very secure packaging, while I found it a little hard to open a packet, I know they are secure enough to take with me in my bag. Happy sipping!

I like to drink tea. It is my first hot drink of the day and I enjoy it throughout the day. This is a nice addition to my regular rotation of traditional and speciality flavors. I really enjoyed the flavor and find it makes the perfect iced tea for a hot summer day. Kinda tart but sweet, with me controlling the sweetness. The color is lovely and fragrance is good. This particular brand is comparable to my usual but it is just a bit more expensive but you’d expect to pay more for organic products. I also love the additional health benefits of drinking hibiscus tea in addition to the great flavor and being caffeine free so I can enjoy a hot cuppa in the evening without interfering with my sleep. This is an all around good choice of this lovely tea.

I love that this product comes from a female-owned business and am reminded of the tropics every time I enjoy a cup. I will say it seems priced a bit high, but that's just my personal perspective.
