It holds votive-sized candles (or tealights.) It has cascading levels and the whole unit can be turned around in different directions to give it the look you want. You can follow the directions for the cascading effect, or you could install the arms in whatever pattern you want.The larger arms come in two or three pieces, so you could also play around with the height levels, but going much higher than the design will make that arm very unstable. The holder is metal, but somewhat lightweight. If in the path of a dog or a child, it can be toppled without much effort. The arms are straight and the connections points fit nicely.

Used for a wedding and they worked great! The circle size is smaller than a regular pillar candle

Looks great but I got to and it’s a lot of random poles not labels correctly so they are uneven doe to not having the exact same poles
