Ibiza BL25ESL 25 W 3U-E27 UV Energy Saving Bulb

As a lock down hobby I decided I wanted to develop cyanotype photos, I was wary whether a bulb like this would work. It did, I can develop a half A4 picture in around 20 minutes. Happy with it!

Does what it's supposed to. Not much more to say ...

I built a light trap and needed a lamp that moths see but people don't (well nearly don't). That way, I don't keep the neighbours awake. Also, as my other hobby is astronomy, I did not want to be a light polluter.I fitted the lamp, switched on for the night and found 30+ moths in the trap this morning, despite using the trap on a chilly March night. So the lamp works; excellent.BTW, I chose this lamp from the list of several on Amazon because I noticed complaints of broken lamps from other suppliers, doubtless damaged in transit due to poor packing. In fact, my lamp came closer to disaster than intended because, despite the packing inside the box, the tube was in one corner, up against the outside wall. Well it survived so, OK.

not that impressed, the paint was patchy and allowed the normal white light of the buld to show through - don;t buy this one i am sure that there are better lamps out there

This I bought for my son he swears by them and a great price too.
