I've worn this 3 days this week to work. It does nothing really but force me to think about constantly correcting my posture so my scoliosis doesn't worsen, it's NOT made for scoliosis but I'm struggling at my job to remember to not pick up heavy items or move in painful directions. Today was the first day in about 3 weeks I haven't had to keep my TENS unit on all day. I know it's not what I NEED, but until I can get my spine appointment done in a couple of weeks, I like how it feels to have my shoulders back. Downsides? Could go a little lower, washing will be a bit of a pain, it's highly breathable but you still sweat in the heat! There are warnings I was trying to upload about not using for spinal injuries. I'm 75 yrs old 180 LBS, waist 42, Height 5'11". and had bad posture. After wearing a few times, I started to sit and walk straight without the brace. First time I could not put it on myself, but after that I Had no trouble. Also at first the front strap did not seem long enough but I found out how better to attach it and now no problem. I was afraid it would hurt my underarms, but it didn't. It tends to ride up and I have to grab the back or side and pull it down. I wish there were something easier to pull it down with, but it's more a suggestion than a complaint. I love it and recommend it.

I'm 6' 4" so finding a brace that will fit is frustrating. This one comes closest of the five I've ordered so far. The support is excellent when the brace is in place. The straps that come up over your shoulders barely reach the attachment point if pulled really tight, and the cross-straps that keep the first straps from cutting into your armpits don't reach at all. So the straps are not comfortable. I'm having a tailor alter them to fit me because the back brace itself is really good.

This back brace helped me keep proper posture during the work day and provided back support, helping alleviate some of the pain and discomfort due to compression fractures. Fit very well and liked how it was adjustable. Only thing I did not like were the firmer areas, made sitting against a chair uncomfortable with brace on.

This is a very well made brace. It seems like it would last a long time. Unfortunately, it did not fit me, but it was very easy and quick to request a refund. I am 5' 11" 145lbs and ordered a small/medium, but felt like my torso was too long for this size. I could not secure the shoulder tightness well enough while keeping the brace around my lower back. So unfortunately the brace won't work for me; perhaps a large would. I would recommend the product and company as they are quick to respond and resolve issues and it seems to be a really good quality brace.

Unfortunate for me, it did not relieve any pain, I had no pain! What I do have is a genetically curved back that needs to be coaxed back to straightness. Wearing the brace caused me discomfort, not unbearable but the good kind of discomfort that says the brace is doing it's job. I'm hopeful that my back will relearn how it's supposed to be so when I'm not wearing it, I can still maintain a straighter posture. I'm still playing with the straps to keep them from digging in my armpits. This is a really great, sturdy, well-made brace. I've had a few over the years that don't come close to this product's design and workmanship. I'm very pleased with my brace and highly recommend!
