I had a past generation of this item from a year ago and didn't realise this was any different. The controller has changed. It is now digital, has 6 heat settings now instead of 3, and also has a built in timer!The only thing I'm not that keen on is the way that the controller has been wired. There must be a reason for it but I don't know what. It's just a little awkward with the extra loop but not that much.I also noticed that the pad itself is a little stiffer than the previous one I own, but not too much.All in all its a good size, Soft material, suitable colour, gets sufficiently warm especially if you top it off with a blanket on top!I recommend.

I love the feel and it heats up super quickly. Helps so much with my pain relief.

This is my 3rd heat pad ordered from Amazon, the last 2 were refunded with no problem and can't fault Amazon when it comes to customer service.Time will tell with this one and so far it's all good.The pad is of decent quality material and distributes heat evenly through the pad.The pad itself is soft and decent quality material.The control however seems a little plastic-y and cheap, hopefully this one surpasses the other 2 purchased and lasts more than 3 months.It's the level selector switch that feels cheap, the rest of the product feels okay.The 3 levels of heat seem consistent and the 3rd level gets pretty hot after a while and offers a good level of pain relief.I've had problems with lower back pain and this pad heats an isolated area really well.Delivered quickly by Amazon after some great customer service on a previous faulty product.

It is longer than the old heated pad I used to use, and has more heat levels and a timer that switches the heat off after the time you select, or automatically after 1.5 hours. It's excellent so far and has a good enough length of lead. I've been jusing it for a couple of weeks now, so far so good. Worth the money.

It fits nicely at the bottom of the bed and warms up my cold feet. 6 temperature settings and level 2 is enough for me. A 1 hour and 1.5 hour timer.It is great works really well.

I have endometriosis and use this heating pad most days for pain relief. I used to use a hot water bottle but this is so much more convenient, as well as safer (I have previously obtained a second degree burn from a bottle!) I was initially a bit suspicious of the brand but it seems to be well-designed and is still working three months later.It heats up very quickly and switches off automatically after an hour. Although it might not feel it initially, the highest setting gets pretty hot after being against your skin for a few minutes. I don’t think I would want it any hotter to be honest.It’s very energy efficient so I don’t have to worry about electricity bills. I don’t know what I did without it. Would highly recommend to anyone with a pain condition, or someone looking for a cheap way to stay warm this winter.

Love this at the end of a day to relax the muscles in my back! Godsend!

My saving grace. I have two, one for bed one on my chair, and so help with my bad back. Timer up to hour and half perfect for laying on my hip area when going to sleep. Reasonably priced, highly recommended
