Great product, made converting some of my earrings super easy. You do need a pair of jewelry pliars, but that's kind of a given lol.

These earring modifiers look a bit awkward but do the trick. I do not have my ears pierced and am a bridesmaid for a wedding and she purchased special earrings for up. The earrings fit nicely and feels secure.

These were a gift for my youngest daughter. She loves these as they don’t pinch or cause pain.

These worked great to be able to wear my earrings I couldn't use because of cancer treatment. Easy to use.

I bought these to convert earrings my friend had bought me not knowing my ears are not pierced.Upon wearing them it felt fine but after less than an hour these were pinching my ear to the point of leaving a mark and causing ear/head pain. I could not adjust them to make them more loose as the screw was already as far back as it could go. I would not recommend buying these, and am looking elsewhere for better earring converters.

The rubber pad fell off of the first one that I tried. Got the next one on and wore it for about an hour. My ear was very sore and tender when I took it off.
