This is my second try with this particular waterless diffuser. It is quite $$$ for the size BUT larger ones were insane. I refuse to drop $40-$80 on a stupid smelly-box that serves no purpose than to hide the four-big-dog-whiff in my house. Not that that isn’t wonderful mind you, but the costs for most, I mean ffs, really?It is tiny but mighty, and comes with a few bottles of essential oils. My favorite feature is that you screw the oil bottle directly into diffuser, and that’s it! It sprays on a regular interval, then shuts off till next time it triggers. The pure oil, without water, smells amazing!Now the con: this is my second crack at this diffuser. The first one functioned for a month, then just…stopped. I tried all the recommendations and cleaned the spray head, and even put an empty oil bottle with isopropyl alcohol and ran it as recommended by maker and users, to clean a clogged mister. Nothing worked, so it was just a paperweight after it quit. What did I want to keep it for.I know y’all won’t think $27 is much, but for me, for such a tiny, simple design to be that much is a little breathtaking. And only working one month was a dealbreaker too. But after looking at other waterless designs, I realized that $60 was insane. That $27 started looking not-so-bad after looking at the others LOL.Keeping fingers crossed this works at least a year. That’d be great but given past experience I am skeptical. I do love the design and how compact and easy to use it is. Hopefully my first one was just a lemon. Hopefully.

I don’t regret buying this product. It’s good to use in a small room such as a bathroom. However the scents that came with it don’t smell that great. I actually poured the oil out and replaced it with some that I had. I would buy another one, knowing that I I would use my own oil.

I love the scent. I love the small size of the diffuser. I would’ve liked a more detailed instruction sheet. Having never used a non water diffuser, I had to figure out that a reservoir had to be filled with an essential oil in order for the steam to escape from the device. Also, you can push the start button to turn on the device, and then push several times after the diffuser is on.it doesn’t turn the diffuser off, but It seems that the frequency of the steam may be effected by this, but I am unsure.

I love the scent, and found the instructions easy to follow (but the instructions have CHANGED several times )-we buy many for customer gifts some have the removal of the plastic dispenser piece before twisting oil the diffuser, others do not. We found removing both the lid (obvious- AND the inserted plastic regulator the only way it works (essentially is drains into the diffuser) The problem arises when you have to switch out bottles when not quite empty- this can be messy. I also have had several that did not work regardless of what we tried. I DO wish that the scents could be bought easily and separately.

The key to changing bottles is to run a bottle of alcohol “a couple days” to unclog reservoir. I let it DRY OUT & it sprung to life again! One in my bedroom & one in my living room! Amazing! Get your q tips ready. Its really the best value & simple design keeps going!

I loved this diffuser until it started to clog up shortly after I bought it. I followed the directions to the letter of when this happens and nothing is working. It’s too bad bc it really did do a good job.

I received this product and absolutely loved it. The oils are not the best quality and smell is a bit mild. After using the defuser for 2 days it stopped working, blowing out mist. I don’t know if I just received a bad one, however I returned it didn’t want to risk it. If it wasn’t for mine being broken I would have given it 5 stars for the defuser. Loved it!!

It took me a minute but you have to remove the plastic cover after removing the screw off top. I thought it had a hole in it like regular essential oil bottles but it doesn't. I removed my bottle after leaving it on there for a couple days, yes I made a little mess when I turned it upside down but I wanted to see if other oils worked. I dripped some other oils into the reservoir and it mixed with the original. It smells divine. The oil lasts days. You will see a decrease in the amount of "smoke" coming out and will know when to drip some more. I love it. I got one for my Mom after I saw how easy it is to use.
