Our fancy k cup coffee makers cost the moon and only last a short time before having to buy a replacement. And since now you have to take out a bank loan just to pay for a gallon of milk, saving every penny helps. So this has really been a big savings overall. We also use it to make hot chocolate in and really makes it so much smoother tasting. This is a perfect gift for any coffee, tea, or hot chocolate lover.

The filter does allow sediments to go through so I use a coffee filter. I could see this being very easily to break, but I’m all by myself so it’ll only be my fault if I break it!

Update: my replacement arrived with everything intact. The entire system works well and brews a nice cup of coffee. After one use I can immediately see small brown stains on the filter in the little welds and crevices that I can't seem to wash out, so I imagine the filter won't last too long as other reviews have noted. But the glass looks nice and everything works as intended. Overall pretty happy!First Review: The item arrived without the reusable filter. Unclear if it was just packaged without one or if someone else returned it without the filter in the box. Pretty disappointing given all the good reviews and as I was counting on trying a new coffee the day it was delivered. I ordered a replacement and will update my review once I've actually been able to try it out.

Moved from a traditional drip coffee maker to now preparing pour-over coffee. This carafe works very well, and the reusable filter is easy to clean

I can’t tell how durable this glass is, but it’s extremely light weight! I love how perfect this is for a single cup of coffee. I don’t use the measuring lines on the side for brewing since I typically use a food scale to add exactly the same amount of water through exactly the same amount of grounds every time, but they look nice. The shape is really unique, and something I really like about this budget chemex alternative is that unlike other ones, the glass actually has a path for the air to flow while your pouring water over the coffee (see second picture). If a pour over coffee maker doesn’t have something like this where the glass is bent to make an escape for the air, it can get really sputter-ie.

I use this daily so obviously I absolutely love it. It really makes great coffee. Don’t make the mistake of putting it in the dishwasher or the wooden part will fall off and you will have to use a hot pad like me lol I think the water flow is perfectly fine as long as you pour at a non-rapid rate.

Perfect for me, very pretty, I only drink one cup in the morning. I want one great cup, this makes it possible. It is also small enough to travel in my car when I'm off visiting friends and relatives. I they try to keep mine or covet it I can always order one for them, they are so affordable!!!

Overall I love that it's a no-waste product. But I've only been using it 2-3 times a week for the last 3 months since I got it, and the filer seam is already splt. Now, coffee beans get stuck in between the 2 layers and are unable to be cleaned. So sad, as I hate the idea of using disposable filters!

This is so adorable and so easy to use . I use pod on a daily basis but trying to save some money on buying pods i bought this and it makes great coffee . Thank you

The media could not be loaded. Besser als erwartet, gefällt mir sehr.Die Kanne sieht sehr schön aus und hat zudem Maßangaben. In der Mitte ist ein Holzring angebracht, womit man die Kanne halten kann, auch wenn der Inhalt heiß ist. Der Filter ist wiederverwendbar und der Kaffee läuft sehr schnell durch, was praktisch ist, wenn man es eilig hat.

Materials are good, it feels sturdy and it looks nice.Issue here is the construction in itself: it's impossible (100%) to pour a cup of coffee without leaking/dripping due to the poor engineering of the notch.So you find yourself constantly wiping the carafe or you need a coaster to place it on, otherwise you'll find coffee stains on your desk all the time.As such, I don't find it suitable for daily use.
