Tenacious D: The Official Coloring Book

I'm sure it's confusing that I gave this coloring book 5 stars and then recommended you not buy it. Please allow me to explain why. My husband really loves Tenacious D. When I saw this book I thought it would be a perfect Christmas gift. When he opened it he seemed happy and he smiled. Then the book just sat there. I am not one for clutter and typically don't keep things around the house that we don't use, so I asked him about it. I had hoped he and I could color in the book together as an evening activity. He said the book is too nice to color in because he doesn't think he colors well. I don't know if he does or doesn't, but I know that I'm a colorer. I don't know if his reasoning was a copout or if it was the truth. I'm not really one to speculate, and honestly just don't care. Either way, I didn't keep it. I don't need a book sitting on a shelf just because it's cool. Do you think that was mean? I better put more thought into a gift next year.

Bought for my husband for his birthday and we both absolutely love this. All the different art styles, taking you through the D's journey is amazing. Would recommend for any D fans!

Purchased as a gift, and it was a big hit. I'm a huge fan of the D and enjoyed all the little easter eggs throughout the book from their history. Lots of different styles to color, my only wish is they did single-sided so you can cut them out and not lose whatever artwork is on the back. Long live the d!

Long live the D.Good for kids ONLY if they can’t read yet. Has some F bombs, once they read it becomes dad’s lol. Stay within the lines or JB will pull out all your pubic hair.

By far the best coloring book out there on the market!

I'm sure this item would have been great but Amazon has yet cancelled something else and it was preordered back in August.

Item never arrived, 2 hours before the expected delivery time it got cancelled. The reason was out of stock, which is BS, because I got a confirmation order number months back. Otherwise great book!

It just rocks.

Bought this for my husband who is a huge fan, and he has already had hours of fun. The illustrations are amazing and lots of different styles. Also absolutely hilarious.

Awesome book!!! Art is great! was supposed to be an autographed copy and isn't.
