I use this for camera lens storage. Compact. Protects.

Ordered two - one green and one blue color in total. Blue one came completely sealed and nicely conditioned; however, green one's package looked like it has already been opened and also, had white-colored wrinkle, making it look like it was used by someone else already. This mark was unable to be removed by wipes.

The cloth has what feels like a film or solution on it. It’s not the type of material I was looking to use on my camera lenses.

While this cloth isn't exactly padded, it does change the way I carry camera and photo gear in general. Previously I'd be shuffling between Peak Design EveryDay Backpack/Messenger/10L Sling, Bellroy Venture Sling 10L, Compagnon Element, WANDRD PRVKE, Ona Union Street, various Crumplers, but now I can totally rock a Jansport half zip backpack with a small pad on the bottom and all my lenses and/or cameras wrapped around this little cloth.The way these cloths work is the way microfiber towels are where they get clingy on basically anything that sticks out, like how they stick to rough hands or little metal burs. Except instead, the other side of this cloth is what is grabbing onto the microfiber side of the cloth. This provides an exceptional wrap around whatever you're trying to protect assuming you have enough of the cloth to fully wrap your device and around itself as well.It's so strong it'll even take the weight of my entire arm once it's been wrapped up around my relaxed left hand and lifted by right hand. Multiple cloths for each lens and camera body makes it easy to prevent scratches from gear bumping into one another during transport.This makes it much more flexible to carry gear in a much less descript manner vs tried and true obvious camera bags that would probably get you robbed in broad daylight in San Francisco. There's not much to say. It's a soft cloth with a sticky like material on one side and smooth on the other. You wrap the lens or camera with the cloth and the sticky parts the cloth wrapped around the item.I'm using it on my small lens and it's to much. But it's enough padding that I can put the lens in my sling bag loose and feel that it's safe for a photo walk.You can not use this cloth to clean your lenses. You could use to wipe down the camera body. Just avoid the screen and camera lens.

The cloth itself will stick to itself , which is very useful than just simply wrapping with microfiber cloth, which I normally do when carrying my camera in my backpack. latching to itself is really helpful, I don’t need to worry the wrapping cloth go loose.
