My husband loves this. There are a ton of different combinations that he can try to make his own special blend. He doesn't drink often so when he does, he likes for it to be special/fancy, lol. He hasn't gone through half of this and he's already very impressed.The price is really good for a really nice, giftable way to make your own special flavors or to gift to a loved one to make their own special flavors for self or to share with friends. This would be a fun party pack as well. Just bring some liquor and you and the friends can make up a special blend or two. I think this is well worth the price and I would buy again.

I think this kit would make a great gift for the whiskey lover in your life. My wife saw this and knew that I would love it and she was right. It is very fun to experiment with mixing different things to try new combinations to see what you like best. This infusion kit comes in a very nice box that would make a very cool gift set. Everything you need besides the spirits is included to get started. I immediately noticed a note (in the well detailed and helpful instruction booklet) that if you "CAN'T WAIT" you can use good ole regular aged whiskey and skip to the spice infusion step right away (this saves 2 weeks of waiting as well) As I had a hard time finding white whiskey (which seems silly but it is the case here locally) - I decided to give this a go for the first run. I took some of my favorite local KY bourbon and got to work.It was very easy to fill one of the classy looking 10oz bottles with some bourbon using the funnel and then add some spice and cork. I opted for orange peel spice on the first run. The included bottles, corks, spoon, filter, spoon and spice containers appear very well made. I am quite excited to track down some white whiskey and select the barrel flavor of my choosing! In the meantime, I am very pleased with everything in this kit and highly recommend for those that enjoy! My first batch of spice (orange peel) infusion was very tasty!

This is a very interesting kit if you enjoy whiskey. I love my whiskey, but I've never imagined infusing it myself. I brought this over to my brother, another whiskey lover, and we tried the kit out together. It turned out to be better than we expected, even though he had absolutely zero expectations. After trying it out multiple times with different flavors (my favorite was coffee, and my brother's was cinnamon), I think this kit is actually a great gift idea for anyone who loves whiskey. It also comes in a presentable box as well. Very satisfying experience.
