Insulin seemed to keep at the proper temperatures while in the caribbean. No issues. Blood sugars stayed where they normally do which tells me the product worked as the insulin wasn't ruined. Great idea. I went with the larger model as I use Ozempic too and was able to use it for both. Convenient to store most of what I needed for at least a month away from home. Yes. I would buy this again

Had problems with the fridge in camper twice and had problems keeping meds cool, hopefully this solves the problem going forward
