Artisan Owl I Love You A Latte 15 oz Double-Sided Black Inlay Deluxe Coffee Tea Mug

I purchased this cup as a prop for the engagement pictures I have coming up at a coffee shop. The first product that I received was not wrapped well and had the handle broken off of it into several pieces. I contacted the seller and within a couple of days I had a new product that arrived perfectly! They also emailed me a return label and I will be sending the original cup back now that I have a new one that isn't broken. As for the cup, it is just as pictured with very nice writing and a quality cup. It doesn't seem like it is 15oz (at least that isn't how much liquid it would probably hold) but it is a typical size coffee cup that fits the needs that I need it for.

I gave this to my teenage son as part of his Valentine’s Day gift. He loved it and likes to use this nice big mug for his coffee or hot cocoa still. It’s a cute little gift for anyone anytime! Plus, I love big tall mugs that are black inside… I never worry about stains (but if you do just spray a little vinegar and sprinkle backing soda in there and wipe or scrub a little 😉). I prefer tall latte style mugs, I feel they keep my hot beverages warmer longer, and I like tall mugs just to get a few more ounces at one time too.

We really like this mug- but we discovered a hairline crack where the top of the handle meets the mug- Of course we discovered this after the return window closed- I would recommend you check the handle as soon as you get your mug. Too late for us, maybe not for you

This is a great mug. It's big and I love the writing on it. When I first received it there was a defect on the handle that could cut your hand, but I let them know and there was no problems getting a replacement.
