First board was damaged and unusable. The seller reached out to me after a low review and offered to send me a new one. New one works great! Thanks for fixing the problem.

Don't waste your time!
This product was great in the beginning, however within the first 3 games of my season the screen no longer erases. Tried to restart it, I tried to changed the batteries, and I tried all the troubleshooting problems. Still nothing worked. Waste of money, which is why the product is awful!Don't waste your time!!

Awesome for sports
This works great and does exactly what it’s supposed to. Great price compared to others that are double. Have used it many times for my basketball team and it’s been much better than using the dry erase boards.

Hidden cost for Basketball board
Update: Wonderful customer service. I received a quick resolution to my issues.The battery for this thing is $13 and it doesn’t make it clear that it even needs a battery and it didn’t come with a screwdriver to get the thing opened and it’s very very tiny so I had to ask around to even get a screwdriver to open it. Over the long haul will save way more money just expo marker. I was attracted to the concept of having this to draw plays and still think that I will utilize it, but I just hope that I don’t have to buy another $13 battery anytime soon

Great for coaching!
Overall this product is exactly as advertised. Writes well, and is very lightweight and anything drawn is easy to see especially at the bench. I originally wrote this review naming its “one flaw” for not having a place to connect the pen to the pad….turns out the pen DOES connect to the pad. The clip on the pen slides into the slot on the corner!!! Upgrading to 5 stars!

Good needs a case
This is nice but you MUST get a case or something to protect it

Great device for coaches and players
Very visible, quick delete and clean. The only recommendation I would ask is for this device to come with a slim but firm carrying case as it feels very flimsy and could break easily if bent in a backpack or stepped on.

Doesn’t work
Gave this as a gift, as soon as they used the stylus on the board it instantly wouldn’t erase. Locked and unlocked, took out batteries, still doesn’t work. Save your money.
