Decent, needs one minor improvement
It's a decent mop, however after 4 uses the hinge where the mop head connects to the handle began to squeek every time you move mop head. Handle is a bit short as well. I am 5'4" tall and I have to bend a bit more at the waist than is comfortable to navigate the mop around. The mop does a great job, thedirt rinsess away from the mop pad so it's like-new after every rinse and is surprisingly absorbent. I like that the more you "wring" it, the dryer it is. Only takes 5 min for my floors to dry after mopping! :)

One of my favorite tools - from a Janitor
This mop is awesome, I love it. I use it all the time in several different businesses that I clean. I've even used it to wash walls and ceilings. It cleans much better than the other mop with wringer that I own. Super simple to use. It has few moving parts, so it is not as liable to break. I don't baby it, and even have let children use it, yet it holds up well to use. I fill up one side of the bucket with clean water and cleaning solution, put the mop head on the pole, swish the mop head in the cleaning solution, wring it out on the other side, then mop. It cleans much better than the other mop I use, especially in corners and edges. When I first started using this mop, the mop water was really dirty which showed me that the other mop wasn't getting the floor clean. Bumpy textured floors especially get much cleaner with this mop. I've tried other home mops, they either break or don't clean well. The swiffer wet mop is junk and the pads dry out quickly, plus they are flat and don't clean well -this mop has a textured pad. I've used to Bona mop, and though I like the solution, I don't like the mop. Plus there isn't a way to easily rinse the mop during use.Negatives:As someone mentioned, the bucket does not have wheels, however, it doesn't hold that much water compared to a regular mop bucket, so it isn't that heavy. Plus the bucket and wringer itself on a regular mop bucket are heavy on their own, this mop system is much lighter. Since the bucket is light and narrow, I think that having wheels would make the bucket prone to tip over. The end of the mop pad where it attaches to the pole gets raggedy over time and then won't smoothly slide into the opening in the wringer. My regular mops get raggedy over time, too, so I don't really see this as too much of a negative. I have six mop pads and I'll get more when I need them. I might try to sew the ragged edge of the mop pads that are worn. The mop is superior at cleaning floors except where there are spots that need scrubbing, like scuff marks. Sometimes I need to step on the mop to scrub an area.Overall, I love this mop. I love using products that make a visible difference in the cleanliness of places I clean. Floors are most definitely cleaner using this mop. Also, I lost one of the mop bucket plugs from tossing it in and out of my van. I found the phone number to call, talked to a person, and he sent me a free replacement plus some free pads. Awesome!

waste of money
As far as I am concern, this is a waste of money. I won't get into finer points of how useless this is, I'll only say that it's more trouble to clean with than any product I've used in my life, and I ain't a "spring-chicken". Those items that are made to sound useful [the optimum word being "sounds"] are being peddled by smooth talking sales folks under idea conditions. One point being the Velcro pads do not stay attached to the mop itself, and the two step process [though demonstrated smoothly] does not hold-up during use. It made a mess of the floors and my patients. I don't usually fall for the sweet sophisticated sounds of something, but they got me hook-line-and-sinker on this one. If I could pack this up and return it, I would, but that ship has sailed and my money right along with it. If you try it, keep the packaging readily available, you may see things my way......

The best multi-cleaning tool that worth the money and wow you !!!
I'm convinced because i test it in many ways. The price is really to think but this is an investment you won't regret. When i order the kit i order extra pads cause i want to make sure this is gonna worth the money i spend. How do I use it? I mop, clean out dust, sweep and wipe.1-Bucket: well balance when is fill with water, you can use with your favorite cleaner or just only water, easy to drain, easy to carry, only one side is to fill with water because the other side is for purpose of drying the pad and that empty side i used to place the dirty pads when i was done so i don't have to place go back to the laundry and or carry another bucket just for dirty pads.2-Drying and cleaning mechanism: that is the beauty of it because one side clean the pad with 5 or 6 up and down motion to wash and like the same to dry if you like very dry, you decide how wet or dry you want. The force required to strike up and down the mop is way less than squeeze a mop, that easy.3-Mop and pads: Mop pole is very sturdy and light, it doesn't swivel and really don't need to the motion of movement side by side is good enough, pads are very good quality and grey color so if they stain it wont show it, I already wash them in the washer and came out nice and in once piece. How I use it? How I clean with it?First, I have linoleum floors and Italian tiles in the bathrooms. Also I use Lisol all surface cleaner for the water. First with the mop about 85% dry I wipe or saying dust all the walls, baseboards, doors, frames, windows, sills and decorating tiles in the bathroom, wash and rise and clean the floor. Simple way: For each room or area: 1 bucket fresh clean water + new clean pad = from walls to surface to floorTime for used for this? 15 minutes ... Organization and rights tools do wonders.I love the concept so much that i want to share it with others like me who love sparkly shiny home but don't have too much time to do it.Thanks for you time to read, always here to help.Martlady

Just Okay
The mechanics work fine with this product but it is fairly large and one needs to get the water/detergent level quite high to enable the entire mop head to get saturated. I think it wastes a lot of detergent and would rather use a shallow pan.
