Got this because I grind my teeth at night and had just gotten a temporary crown and needed to ensure I didn’t break or dislodge the temp crown through grinding at night. I bought this because of the price and the fact that there were 4 so I could remould the next one once my permanent crown was seated. I ended up loving it! They’re easy to mold, comfortable (I don’t wake up with a sore jaw or feeling as though I’d been chewing on a tennis shoe all night). I sleep better and feel better waking up and they’re truly durable (coming from someone who’s woken up with mouth guards in pieces in my mouth before). They’re such higher quality than the overpriced ones I’ve gotten from pharmacies/drug stores and like I said, surprisingly comfortable so I don’t loathe wearing it every night. I also liked that there’s a variety in sizing and that they include cleaning tablets! 10 outta 10 would recommend and will buy again.

I bought this for my husband who is having some trouble after dental work and grinding/clenching.> you have to be too precise with the temperature and how many seconds you leave the guard in the hot water (not boiling). I tested with the child size guard before doing the adult size and if left too long or the water too hot, it just folds in on itself and you cannot unfold without heating it again and possibly again.-- both adult mouthguards only lasted part of one night each.The hot breath from my husband softened them up that they would slip out of position and even flatten when he clenches down and then opens his mouth to breath, which cools it into the flatter shape.Totally unusable after first couple of nights.I've never seen a mouthguard that has such a low temperature tolerance that it loses its shape just by wearing it.OVERALL:Look someplace else.And there are no returns on this product that feels defective.

I have used several different mouthguard brands and this one is by far the best. There are detailed instructions on how to mold the mouthguard to fit your mouth and it is easy to do. They are well made, seem very durable and fit well. They can be used as a mouthguard or teeth whitening tray. The kit comes with 2 large mouthguards, 2 regular, 12 cleanser tablets and a case. It is a great value and I would highly recommend.

Product was exactly as described and easy to use. They mold pretty good to my teeth and mouth, and easy to trim a little. I decided to give Mouthguards for grinding of teeth a try and it works perfectly. I have severe bruxism and my teeth have grinded through my fair share of retainers and mouth guards. This product worked for my teeth grinding issues, and I’m also pleasantly surprised that it has alleviated my snoring. Highly recommend this one! Thankfully I found this which doesn’t keep my teeth from shifting but it does help them from grinding at night which is good enough for me.

The reason that I didn't give this product a five star review is that the video instructions, and the printed instructions, which come with this product are confusing, and contradictory. First of all, it is not mandatory to trim the mouth guard with a scissors, as long as it fits in one's mouth. Secondly, the video instructions and the printed instructions are confusing, regarding cooling off the hot mouth guard, after it has been placed in very hot water. One says to place it in cold water right away, and the other set of instructions omits that. It only states to place it in cold water, after one has fit it in their mouth. Look common sense dictates that people should never place something very hot in their mouths, until it has been safely cooled off. Last the cleaning tablets are not really necessary, as all one has to do, is wash the mouth guard off in cold water.

This mouth guard is great! If you’ve never slept with a mouth guard before it does take some getting used to. The material is smooth and feels comfortable in the mouth. Literally cannot grind my teeth while wearing. It comes in two different sizes to allow for the best fit. I recommend imprinting on and cleaning both sizes to see which fits better as they do shrink a little during the imprinting process (refer to photo). I thought I was going to need the bigger size, but overall the smaller size worked better for me. Although I do wish the smaller guard would have been a smidge longer, but it still works. This product also comes with 12 cleaning tablets and four guards (two of each size) so you have an extra guard for after the first wears down from grinding. Overall, great value especially for the price.

I am satisfied with the components of the product. It includes two sizes with container and cleansing capsules. For me, the Medium one perfectly fit! and It was easy to mold when I followed the instruction. So far, it is comfortable to wear too!!

I have extreme issues with grinding my teeth at night so much so I have had a very expensive custom dental guard made for my mouth but after recent dental work it no longer fits. I purchased these and they are incredibly easy to use and fit to your mouth. I’ve used it every night and it’s remained secure in my mouth until morning. It’s also very durable. Would highly recommend.

I ordered this product when the one my dentist made broke. The mouth guard is comfortable overnight and has and stopped me from doing damage to my teeth from grinding while I sleep.It was very easy to set up, instructions were clear and the cleaning tablets are nice added bonus for keeping everything hygienic.I highly recommend this product!

Bulky and soft. It's not near the quality. You would get add a dentist, but I knew that when ordering. I didn't expect it to fall out at night and almost choke me though.

Bought them for my 12y daughter. It did the trick but took 2 attempts as it kept falling. I put it back ( same guard) on boiling water and mold it this time pressing directly against gums and teeth with the fingers and it worked, wasn’t loose anymore. No more grinding and her teeth finally had a break. Would prefer though to have the option of getting either 2 or 4 of the bigger size as the smallest ones are to small.
