i love how everyone is saying how big this hat is but it fits pretty snug on my head lol. i guess I have a large head. i have to pull it down to get it snug too but i love it. It keeps the sun out of my whole face . It smelled weird when i took it out of the packaging but its great protection and i like how its not too floppy and moldable to the shape yo uwant it to be. It does not hold uo to any sort of wind or breeze though so its def not something i would wear when i need both my hands but its great sun protection and looks good too.

It is very light, very well-made. The best feature of course is how wide it is, and therefore it truly covers your face from the sun. The style is great because it can go with anything and also you can fold it and carry out. Highly recommended if you are looking for a sunhat to really cover and easy to travel with.

This huge brim shades face, ears and back of neck. SPF/Fabric is thick, it's flexible. The big brim can obstruct vision, so I fold up the front a tiny bit while walking. Even in intense heat it is semi-breathable (the light color helps reflect heat).My head is a size small and most one size fits all hats are too large, this has an adjustable tie inside the hat which has allowed me to make it snug enough to not fly away on a breezy day (yes, I have to hold on to my hat when it's really windy).Good for travel since it's I fold it or roll it in my suitcase , then just smooth it out and wear it.Washed it in the kitchen sink with some dish soap and it looks as good as new.

This hat is so compfortable and stylish at the same time. The sun protection is fabulous ! It allows you to see where you are going whilst giving maximum sun protection ! I love this hat!! You will too !!

After a lifetime of too much sun exposure, I finally want to protect my face from the sun. I tried two different straw hats from Amazon that SAID they were UPF 50+ but they clearly weren't--the sun actually comes through the small holes in the straw weave and shines on your face. So finally I decided to try this legitimate sunhat from a reputable brand, despite the high price. I don't love the way it looks, and sometimes it feels a bit awkward on my head, but it keeps the sun ENTIRELY off my face. I think a hat like this would be especially important for anyone who has had a dermatological procedure that requires no sun exposure. If you want to keep the sun off your face at all costs, don't buy a cheap straw hat even though it looks better. Get this hat.

Loved how I could adjust the wide brim. Lots of sun protection. I wore it on a local walk on a breezy day and it kept blowing off. I had it all the way down on my head. Sent it back and got the Etta hat with chin string. It works great and stays put!

This hat is lovely. It travels so well, packs up easily. I love that it's pliable and I can change the shape to what I need. This was a big win in sunny pool days in Italy this summer. It also aided as a rain hat when the wind/rain hit in Ireland and I could place my rain jacket hood over it and it really protected. A big win!

I have huge hair. This hat fits over it and protects my face , neck , ears from the sun.

Too big and it looks baggy when you draw the string inside it to tighten it.I'd return it but I don't have the time for the hassle.
