I like this a lot, just took a little experimenting to get the most out of it. The last two years have been so stressful, started a business in my own, major breakup, etc. Cortisol levels were testing a bit high. I needed a little help, so after some research I bought these.At first I was taking them later in the day around 2/3 and not really feeling much, maybe a slight relaxing feeling. But then I recently tried taking it in the morning during the PEAK of my cortisol since I read on there site to do that and it has been making such a difference! I feel perkier, more focused, less stressed. Definitely worth a shot!Just keep in mind this is not going to be a miracle, you still need to exercise, sleep, hydrate, eat real food, and take care of your mental health! But this is good as far as supplements go!

This company sells two options: Ready to Chill and Ready to Dream. Each w different ingredients. I purchased Ready to Chill. The outside box indicates the product & ingredient list I expected. However, within the box, the packaging indicated different ingredients. Essentially, the Ready to Dream product was mismarked as Ready to Chill.This is the equivalent of the pharmacy giving you a medication in a mismarked bottle and expecting you verify that the pills within the bottle are what the bottle states. I generally trust what is on the outside label without doing a google verification of the pills. Do not do that with this company! Verify that the inside packaging matches the outside so that you aren’t ingesting something you don’t want/may be allergic to, especially since the company is impossible to reach directly.
