Excellent for shoulder rehab
Bought these following my physio's recommendation for light exercise after a minor operation on my shoulder.The grip size is perfect for me (female medium size hands).The shape means that as well as using them for bicep and tricep exercises over my head/behind my back, I can also use them on the floor for kneeling push ups.I am not someone who enjoys going to the gym so these have been very handy for my rehabilitation. They are also a good size to pop in the cupboard/behind the sofa when I'm not using them.
