My Tumblers turnef out great!!
I'm very pleased and happy with this tumbler & mug machine. I only need this for tumblers for first time use. I already have mug heat press machine. I didn't have to set the tumbler machine. It was already set as I turned it on and it was hearing. 60 seconds at 337. After it heated up, it made an alarm sound indicating time to put your tumbler in. As I did, I tutned the handle down, and after 60 seconds was up, I rotated the tumbler after another 60 seconds up I rotated it once more. I was excited to see how they turned out. Thank you very much for having a beautiful but yet functional and professional machine

Works well except it doesn’t close on 15oz mugs
Works well on most drinkware but it doesn’t close on standard 15oz mugs as claimed in video and description

Not consistent
I've had this product for only 2 months and the heat setting is not consistent. It does not heat up to temperature like it quickly did when first purchased. I set it to 400 degrees, it hangs out around 385. Now I'm out of the return product range :-/

Gets very hot which is good
It’s working real good so far, it gets very hot, only have to flip my cups twice.

It's ok but not what it describes.
I purchased this b because it said it can do mugs and tumblers. But the problem is that the heating element does not wrap completely around the tumblers and mugs. Even if I adjust. I can rotate the tumblers and press again. But with mugs you can't do that because of the handle. I tried to move the handle as close to the edge as possible and press again. But still got ghosting around the handle.It also cools down significantly when you add the tumbler/mug and takes almost 45-60sec to reach the desired temperature. Hopefully it does not become an issue. Other than that it's a good, sturdy design and easy enough to use.

This press works well. It heats up quickly and gets plenty hot! It seems to be well made and I feel like it will last a good while. No complaints!

It is not consistence hot
I dislike for the tumblers does not closed all the way outproblems with the temperatureto bad when I used for the first time brand new it did not work wellI run out of warranty
