Well-made car ramps.
Car tires seem to be getting wider all the time. These ramps are about 8" wide: if your tires are wider, there are wider ramps available. Tip: if the ground you are working on allows the ramps to be pushed forward when the wheels should start to rise up the ramps, get a short lengths of strong tape and cow-hitch them onto the bottom rungs, so that the wheel is on the tape when the wheel meets the ramp.
