It’s firm but you don’t know your wearing it !!! Best shaper I’ve ever worn as I’m not keen on them.. but I just wanted a smooth line under a dress. I wore it all day and it was so comfortable !! Reviews for this suggested sizing down which I don't suggest you do.My sister who is smaller than me tried this on and it didn't do anything to hold or support. Think there are better ones out there so don't waste your money.

Nice looking body and appears well made. I'm 5ft 8 size 14/16 38dd 54years.For me it was too short in the body. Too small on the bust and badly fitting on the hip. Im returning.Worth trying it though as it is nice looking.

Bought a couple of styles to try with new dress. This is the one I picked. Well fitting and barely visible under the nude/sheer parts on dress. Very happy with purchase. Also very comfortable when on, unlike some which you can hardly breath in!!
