Hero does not reciprocate.Bianca’s husband stole money from the mob when he was sick. After he died Nico came to settle the debt . She either had to have the 3 million dollars that she owed , marry him , or be unalived. I know a lot of people don’t like the main characters to be widows because they feel it’s the hero competing with the dead. I have to say I didn’t care for Bianca’s late husband or the things he did that left her in this position. Stick with this story and you won’t be sorry. Everything is not what it seems in the beginning.I read the first book in this series a while back and loved it. In case you want to check it out it was called Luciano by Eva Winners. It was 5 stars as well. I loved how possessive he was as well. These can be read as stand-alones but I totally recommend reading this one as well because it’s a good read.I loved the chemistry between the couple. The need they had for one another’s touch just jumped off of the page. You could tell Nico was completely obsessed with Bianca.The covers in this whole series are to d^e for! I am usually not a cover wh0re because what matters most is what is on the inside but when they are this gorgeous I notice.Some of the writing was repetitive where more than one character would say the same thing. I can’t explain it but it bugged me. Not enough to make me stop reading because I loved the story. The side characters were fantastic and I couldn’t stop reading . I loved this couple together.This book has the best wedding reception I’ve ever read in a book. I laughed so hard at the chaos and dysfunction in this group.The things they bickered and bantered about were priceless. This isn’t really a spoiler since you know it was an arranged marriage book. You will want to highlight so much of that wedding scene you won’t know what hit you!The one lines the couple say to one another in this book are as romantic as they come. The twin girls are adorable and I loved Nico’s relationship with them. In fact I wish there had been more interaction between him and the twins.Nico was so possessive and protective . Yes he lied and he manipulated but he was a lovable character and he always had the intentions of protecting Bianca even when he was manipulating her.Bianca was a sweet and fierce heroine who was handed the short straw in life and everyone toon advantage of her including Nico. I really didn’t like her friend Angie at all . Her late husband left her with a mess of his making . All she wanted was to be left alone to raise her girls. She grew leaps and bounds as a character and developed a backbone by the end of the story.This series is shaping up to be a favorite of mine. It’s not perfect but the story is worth the small imperfections. I can’t wait to dive into the next one which is Cassio’s story.*** Re-read was audiobook ** added feedbackSince this was my favorite Eva Winners book I wanted to listen to the audio and I loved it even more than when I read the book. Nico is still my favorite of the series. The narrators in this audio did an amazing job but especially the male narrator. His voice was so smooth and just plain hot. I will definitely be looking out for his narration in the future. He’s now my favorite male narrator!Some of my favorite tropes were in this book including the βrεεding and single parent tropes. Don’t miss this audiobook because it’s truly the best one I’ve heard so far.

I really do love this series. I think it’s very well written and I adore the characters, but I truly feel like the women could stick to their guns a little bit more. The men literally get whatever they want and after doing some things that I’m not saying I don’t understand but are pretty terrible or selfish. It’s like they just do one thing and the woman don’t care and I just don’t like that.

I really enjoyed this book l. Definite 5 stars for me. I loved the development between Bianca and Nico. I loved how much Cassio and Luca were immediately protective of her the minute they found out about her being their sister. When Bianca left the compound I'm not gonna lie I was mad I was thinking what is wrong with you; you know it's not safe why are you leaving. The friendship between all of the guys is one of the greatest things about the books in my opinion and I look forward to those scenes cause they are always so funny. Cassio's book is next I can not wait to read it.

I’m obsessed with this series already. I want to slow down my reading so that I don’t finish them too fast because I can already feel the emptiness in my heart when this series is over 😩😩😩 Nico is the man fr. I don’t see how we can get any better

I liked Nico and Bianca, they had a good story but there was just too many miscommunication for them to be in the predicament they were in. It was the same in the first book with Luciano and Grace, if only they had talked/communicated they would not be in the situation they were in. So I felt like this was a repeat, lack of communication that could have avoided situations they were in. It's a great and creative story, let's just avoid the cliche or repeated mistakes of assumptions and lack of communication from the last couple and not let it trend to the whole series cuz that would get annoying real quick. Thank goodness they finally got the old b*st*rd in this one.

Better than the first book in this series but still not the best ever. Can’t wait to read the next ones!

super enjoyable! seeing all the men and their wives being happy together really made the book so much better for me! looking forward to the rest of the series

I really really liked Nico. It was so sexy and the story was exciting. I loved how from the first book in the series there was conclusions when you get to the end of this one. A great mafia romance

Loved it. I'm making my way thought the bellies books and they are real well done once I start I don't want to stop, it's great following each story line and seeing them come together and the way each story carries on the time lines is perfect but the best thing is that each one is just as good if not better than the last, I've started looking at her other books so I think I'll be spending a lot of time with Eva Winners and her bellies and mobsters over the next few weeks. Ready it love it tell a friend lol.

This book is one of the first real indicators of how twisty this series will be. Hidden parentage, betrayal, secret deals…this series has it all. It’s all about family and loyalty, with a healthy side of vengeance for good measure. Nico is strongly motivated by vengeance for his sister. He seeks out Bianca, a young widow, to further his plans…but doesn’t count on falling in love with her. Thoroughly enjoyable read that was easy to consume in a few hours.

La historia te atrapa muy rápido y te enamoras de Luca y Bianca casi al instante, obviamente las historias continúan pero siempre de un modo independiente
