Pay to have it put together if you value your sanity
Once put together, it is great. Sturdy, pretty, nice shade. all we wanted. Pieces were all labeled and were I good shape, a few needed minor bending. Going into buying this, I did extensive research. I knew it wasn’t going to be easy, no brands were. This one had the best reviews and great price. Instructions were pretty good, a few additional would have been better. As many suggested, don’t tighten until everything is installed. We tightened as we finished an area, but then had to go back and loosen them again to get pieces together. If you have a square, use it to make sure your unit is positioned squarely. We ended up pushing legs in and out till things would line up. It took many hours of working on it. If asked to do one again, I would definitely tell them to pay to get it installed, and by someone who knows what they are doing. It is worth your sanity!

Horrible Directions!
First off, once the Gazebo was assembled, it was exactly as described. Very well built, and is a great addition to my patio. Amazingly, every single nut and bolt was there! And there's a lot! But don't lose one! They give you EXACTLY enough, no extras!Unfortunately, the directions are a lot to be desired, and that's why I only gave it 3 stars. You build a great product like that, and give directions that are so poorly written, they deserve the 3 stars. I'm a contractor, very mechanically inclined and had trouble assembling it! On one step, we spent over 2 hours trying to figure it out! Most steps you had to move onto the next step in order to figure it out. There were many instances we had to remove what we did because the next step revealed what we did prior was wrong. Even the YouTube video wasn't helpful. He just reiterated what the directions said. It's helpful if you have a few tables and a big yard to lay out all the pieces. They were all clearly marked which was nice. 5 boxes total which came in 3 different shipments. No big deal. Came really fast! My son and I did it in a day and a half. Could have done it in a day but we ended at 430. So it can be assembled with 2 people. It was tough at times but 2 can be done. More would be better. Some of the holes don't line up, but taking a screw driver into hole next to it and tweaking it helped. Again, love the product but the directions are horrible to say the least.Update: I've had the gazebo now for 3 months. I still love it but some things need to be mentioned. One, the curtains don't stay on the hooks when it's windy. They should be clips, not hooks. Two, the hooks get snagged when sliding them. Three, after 2 months the sun started to fade the fabric. Positive note, we've had tons of rain, some snow, and a lot of wind. When you're inside, you don't feel any of the elements. We stay completely dry! I have this installed over my hot tub.UPDATE!! I just want to say that this company has excellent customer service! I upgraded from 3 stars (3 stars because of the directions) to 5 stars! Over time, I noticed the grommets were starting to rip and pull away from the fabric. I believe this was due to the very heavy winds we've received this winter, not due to poor quality. I asked the company where I could purchase new curtains. Without hesitation or question, they sent me a brand new set of curtains! Excellent communication throughout the process. I want to reiterate to my above statement; we've had a lot of heavy snow and ice and wind and the gazebo has held up nicely! Now, on very windy days, I make sure to open the curtains and tie them off to the posts to help alleviate any stress on the grommets.

Looks very nice but directions are difficult
The ending results look amazing, but thank goodness my husband knew what he was doing. If you have never put one of these together before, you will have a difficult time putting the top on due to the lack of proper directions.

Roof panels sturdy but the rest is pretty thin.
This isn’t as good as the other gazebo I bought for $200. More. One part was bent at manufacturing, and waited forever to start assembling it because I was waiting for the final box to be delivered. I messaged the company and they said they would get back to me on the final box but never did.. still haven’t received 5 months later. Didn’t get to enjoy it during the summer which is why I bought it. Finally, months later I decided to start assembling it and found one of the major parts bent during manufacturing, not shipping, and we will see how far I get with the fifth box still missing, lol. I just messaged them again so we will see how they handle this. Spend a couple hundred dollars more on a more heavy duty one.

Great and sturdy. Roof is difficult
Great and sturdy but rhe roof is difficult. The clips don't stay in place so we didn't use them as they dontdo much as far as holing things in place. I opted for a bead of silicone along the bottom the the roofline to better water proof. It is very nice and i will see how it holds up with the snow over the winter as we get a good amount.

The Roof is super hard to put together. Roof and clips were impossible.
Roof and clips were impossible took days to put roof together. Most clips fell out and now we wonder if it will leak. Screw holes didn't line up which made it also frustrating. The bottom frame was great. Looks good finally. Hope it holds up.It looks good just super upset about roof! and clips and wholes not lining up.

It takes time to built it but it is worth the price
This outdoor gazebo has a hard metal double roof, so it helps with air flow and no water leaking on the rainny days. The whole gazebo frame and netting are in dark brown color, and the canopy is in beige. It takes time and requires at least two people to assemble it (more people are better and easier). The frame is made with aluminum and heavy duty steel metal. The overall size is 12' x 10' x 9.6'. The gazebo seems to be sturdy with good quality. I hope it will last many years in CT since we expericence a few snow storms every winter.
