Good mct doesn't taste like anything I even tried from the bottle neat , I use this for my bullet proof coffee in the morning and will definitely order more

If you want to keep insulin low but keep satiated, this is perfect. Great for Bulletproof Coffee etc. I put some in a protein shake. It has no taste or smell so effectively good fats with no fuss.

This MCT oil is good, healthy and can be mixed with coffee in the morning without breaking the fast. The taste is a bit bitter so that's why only 4 stars. Dissolves easily and seems to be cutting down hunger which means it's doing the job.
