I bought a 21 day SIM for a trip to the US. The price seemed very reasonable and so I was a little sceptical of how easy it would be to use and how well it would perform. I shouldn't have worried.As per the instructions I waited until I arrived in the US before replacing my regular SIM card. It had arrived in a small envelope and was the multiple physical size version where you simply break out the sim size that fits your phone. I used the envelope to store my regular SIM in my phone case until I returned home.I chose to restart my phone with the new SIM installed and as soon as it powered up my phone searched for a service provider and within a few minutes was up and running. No special set up codes or instructions and no need to make calls to activate the SIM. It really was seamless. As my phone has only one SIM slot I feared that some apps such as Whatsapp might have limited functionality but found no problem contacting and of my contacts with messages and photos.I'd been provided with a US phone number by email and was able to receive calls on this number as well as making them within the US. Surfing the net was no problem at all and I had good signal coverage wherever I went on the East and West Coast.That's it really. What I'd thought was going to be tricky or at least have set-up problems/limitations proved to be remarkably simple and absolutely perfect for my needs. I won't hesitate to do the same should I be fortunate enough to make another trip to the US. It's really nice to buy something that works so well, particularly when you've braced yourself for problems.Highly recommended.

I’ve bought these SIM cards at least twice now, and they have always worked absolutely perfectly. Highly recommend. Easy to set up and works really well in the US.

According to chat with T Mobile this sim now only works with Iphone 7 or later!I have purchased from another supplier (Lebara) and my phone is working perfectly in Canada - data, calls, text. And gets a good 4G signal everywhere!!!! So my phone does not have an issue with 4G at all.Trying to get my money back for this useless Sim. Amazon no help as they just send me to the manufacturers website. Bought SIM card earlier in year for trip to Canada. At first card didn't work, data would not connect, and ended up contacting customer service. They provided quick response, but still couldn't get card to work. Found, through time, that you needed to disable automatic network and try going between 3g and 4g. Sounds like a hassle, but did get it eventually to work. Why I am so impressed is that the company, after getting home offered full refund on the SIM card. I said I would settle for a partial refund but they insisted on a full refund. In today's day and age a company that stands by their products. If you do get this card try switching off automatic network and try to find the correct setting and it should work.

Wa a bit nervous about using this but need not have been, all worked perfectly, as soon as i turned phone on in america absolutely no problems and had great coverage everywhere except Grand Canyon, which is known for most cell providers not workingWould definitely buy again on my next trip to America

Worked well in West Canada and South West Alaska, much cheaper than the Cruise company internet.

I followed the included instructions and it worked a treat. Because I have a dual Sim slot I was able to install the Sim before leaving the UK and then switch over sims before landing in the US. Likewise switched over sims on UK bound flight. Got a couple of random US calls that I ignored, but really good data links and was able to set-up and wifi hotspot for my wife's UK phone.

I activated the SIM card 1 day before my trip & tried it in my phone which reported SIM was 'Not Provisioned', which means the SIM card had not been authorised to work. I informed travSIM immediately of this problem, as it should have recognised the SIM, but travSIM denied there was a fault. They asked me to run a number of tests and checks which I did immediately and before leaving for my holiday, and they advised they would escalate to their Technical Team to investigate.When I arrived in the USA, I went straight to a T-Mobile store, and they confirmed the card wasn't activated correctly, and this is why it wasn't working, but they couldn't help as travSIM would have to resolve. I purchased a new card at T-Mobile that was cheaper and worked immediately, and hence I didn't need the travSIM card.5 days (and too late) into my holiday travSIM finally agreed there was a fault and eventually fixed it, but by then it was too late and I didn't need it.I found the responses from I received from travSIM customer service arrogant and disbelieving that there was a problem and that I had done something wrong, which was not true. If they had accepted from the beginning that something was wrong then they would have fixed it quicker and perhaps I would not have had to buy another. Also, when I tried to call their UK customer service telephone number to speak to travSIM, all I got was a disconnected dial tone, so that was useless! Again, if I had been able to speak to them, then perhaps the problem could have been resolved quicker!

Ich habe die Sim-Karte für einen Urlaub in Florida genutzt und alles hat bestens funktioniert. Die Aktivierung erfolgte pünktlich, sodass ich direkt nach der Landung schon Netz hatte (im 2. Sim-Slot meines Handys genutzt). Hauptsächlich wichtig waren mir Navigation auf deutsch, generell mobile Daten & Telefonate nach Europa. Beides klappte wunderbar, wobei man Telefonie nach Europa separat hinzubuchen muss und die Entfernungen dort (bei G***le Maps) in Meilen angegeben werden, was etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist.Ein Hinweis: der Händler empfiehlt, vorab zu prüfen, ob das Handy kompatibel ist. Sollte nur "eingeschränkt kompatibel" angezeigt werden, kann der Händler Auskunft geben, ob das Telefon funktionieren wird. Mein A52 S aus 2021 hat super funktioniert, trotz der Angabe "eingeschränkt kompatibel". Kontakt zum Händler war immer freundlich und schnell, die Einrichtung bzw Aktivierung der Karte ist easy. 3-4 Tage vor der Reise alles eintragen und dann ist die Karte rechtzeitig aktiv.Sollte ich nochmal in die USA reisen, würde ich es wieder genauso machen.

Je volgt best de online instructies enkele dagen voor de reis. Stel als activeringsdatum één dag voor de landing in. Check je inbox en je spam mail. Schakel op de heenvlucht je phone uit en verwijder je binnenlandse sim. Zo vermijd je dat je deze niet per vergissing zou gebruiken in Noord-Amerika. Plaats deze T mob. sim in je phone. Start je phone pas op na de landing. Een pin voor je phone is nodig maar niet voor deze sim. Zorg dat roaming aan staat. Ik had meteen bereik in Toronto en later ook in de VS. Telefoneren en sms'en ging ook prima. Ik heb één gemiste oproep. Wellicht omdat het tel nummer gerecupereerd van de sim geregeld wordt. Mijn vrouw had een gelijkaardige sim, zij werd iets vaker opgebrld, ca 5 keer op 18 dagen. Werkte ook prima als gps met Google Maps. Had ik dat op voorhand gewerten ... 230 CAD betaald voor het huren van een nutteloze klassieke GPS.

SIM-Karte hat wie erwartet wunderbar funktioniert (auf Samsung S20). Sehr gute Netzabdeckung im T-Mobile-Netz an der Westküste der USA (Seattle bis San Diego und Las Vegas).Handhabung war einfach und selbsterklärend. Freischaltung zum gewünschten Termin hat ebenfalls reibungslos geklappt.Wir würden die SIM für den nächsten Urlaub wieder kaufen.

La conecté en el mismo avión a la llegada a New York. Me funcionó correctamente durante los 19 dias que estuve en USA moviendome en coche por la parte central de USA, mayormente en Parques Nacionales. Sin nungun problema en el uso de internet y en las llamadas.

Utilicé esta SIM en mi Samsung Galaxy A51 5G y me funcionó perfectamente durante toda mi estancia en New York. Seguí los pasos de activación que me indicaban y en cuanto aterricé y encendí el movil con esta SIM, tuve cobertura en todo momento, con gran velocidad e incluso pude hacer llamadas a otros teléfonos estadounidenses. Con la la opción conexión compartida, pude compartir los datos con mi mujer, con un Samsung Galaxy A21, sin ningún problema. Recomiendo esta tarjeta a todos los que se vayan a mover por el área de New York.
