Firm, but they flex. Heavy duty, comfortable. So much better than hard plastic or spiky balls.
These durable 2.7 inch massage balls are quite heavy and very durable, and come in a handy storage and use bag. One pink, one green, they roll easily and comfortably on muscles or feet. Placed in the mesh bag the spacing is good for use on the back. Balls have a bit of flex and give a little with pressure which makes them much more comfortable than the hard plastic or spiky balls. I used them together in the mesh bag on the floor and rolled it under my back muscles with the weight of my body on it and it provided immediate relief.Surface is silicone rubber type texture so it adheres to clothing, but can pick up lint or dirt so you may want to use these on an exercise mat, not the carpet or a towel. Given the hefty feel of these, they may be a bit too heavy for packing in a bag at the airport, but small enough for car or daily travel. Well made and will last.

Therapist Recommended
These are a quality set of massage balls that have done magic to loosen up my muscles on my shoulders and back. I had been using tennis balls, but my physical therapist recommended the LaCrosse size balls as they are solid and don't give when under use. The first few times using, they felt painful as my muscles had locked up for so long that any form of pressure meant it would hurt, but since using them I've noticed a difference and the tension in my shoulders and back is finally releasing.I like that they come in a mesh storage bag - it will help me keep track of them (and hopefully out of my playful doggo's mouth!). Highly recommend these to anyone that needs help with relieving some of the tension from their muscles.

Useful to work out spots in calves, shoulder, and upper back
These are thick, heavy rubber balls for massage. They are softer than another set I have, which I prefer for using my my calves, shoulder, and upper back. The included bag is not just for storing them - you can also put them in the bag and use them together (I use them together on my lower back). While the balls are different colors, they are exactly the same (some sets have different material or sizes). If you have not tried massage like this, you are missing out! You can really get into spots that are so much harder to do by hand.Currently priced at $15.99.Review for KSONE Massage Balls for Myofascial Release Trigger Point Therapy &Muscle Knots - Set of 2 -Lacrosse Ball Massage Ball Therapy

As Good As The Tune Up Fitness Balls
Tune Up Fitness sort of started this craze of upgrading Lacrosse balls which people were using for myofascial release. The upgraded balls are squishier and more geared toward therapeutic work. KSone's therapy balls are at the same level of quality as the Tune Up Fitness Balls. They are made out of rubber and have the rubber odor, but aside from the smell there's nothing I can see that would improve these balls. You can use them in or out of the mesh bag they come in for different myofascial release exercises. These work incredibly well and are well worth the money,

Great to use while they're in the bag for a less intense massage
These are a great size for massage rolling. I like having two to use simultaneously on my feet. I also love the bag it comes in for rolling on my back. I think it is gentler rolling on the back when you use both at once rather than one at a time. So rolling with the balls in the bag feels perfect for me. I like using both together on my legs and hips as well. These seem very versatile. They are also really pretty, being two different colors and marbled. They would be pretty enough to leave out on a dresser or end table. The rubber is a little bit tacky, so it picks up some of the crap on my floor, but they seem to be washable.

Great to work out those knots and sore spots
These massage balls are well made, very firm, and durable. Their size is great and they are rubbery so they're easy to hold yet have some weight to them. You can use one by itself, both of them together, or you can even use them together in the included storage bag. They are great to work out those knots in your legs after cramps or the sore spots in your back or neck. They really work well and do a great job relieving the aches and pains of the day.
