ASURION 2 Year Major Appliance Protection Plan ($40 - $49.99)

Turned in a claim on mini fridge that stopped cooking. I was given a credit for the purchase price of fridge; whole transaction took less than 5 minutes. Great customer service.

I made my first claim today and it was super simple. I got my refund within 5 mins.

This protection plan has been returned for refund. It was purchased for a Mini Portable Washing Machine. The washing machine is being returned for a refund. It is defective and the stopper is flimsy and won’t stay in place. It’s inefficient and not practical for use.

Our Mini Fridge just stopped working. We notified Asurion to ask what steps we should take. They said they would issue a full refund for the fridge. The full cost was reimbursed. We use Asurion for all appliances, Electronics, etc.

Website was not working properly so I chatted with an agent who was able to help me however it was a very long process start to finish. Overall everything went through with out a hitch and person was pleasant but I definitely had some frustrations.

This is the second time I have ordered these for my husband. Works just like the original one that came with his machine!
