The mat can be easily cut to fit your shower. It is not very soft but still more comfortable than standing on hard tile. Suction cups keep it from sliding. After the shower, I pull the mat off the floor, and at knee level push the mat with the suction cups vertically onto the wall to let it drain. It stays on the wall until the next use.

Really good bath mat. It has really good suction cups to tray put.

This mat is great for shower stalls to help prevent falls.

The mat is holding place pretty well in my shower. Since I moved in here, I've been bracing my feet against the sides due to the frictionless bottom surface, so this mat might very well save my life. Taking a shower is no longer a source of stress.The top surface isn't slick at all, and the suction cups are holding it in place quite well. That said, the surface is covered with small rectangular drain holes, which are uncomfortable on my feet. Not enough to be a problem, compared with the constant risk of falling that I had to deal with before.

This is a nice tub mat. It arrives rolled, and will take a few minutes to lay flat in the tub. There are plenty of strong suction cups to hold this in place. And there is a textured stripe to is, so it is not slippery when standing on it. The problem is the thin bits between each row of textured stripe. This section is flimsy. I have used the mat once, and 2 of these thin strips broke as I removed the mat after using it. So I don't expect it will last very long.

It's both slippery to stand on and it won't stay in place while showers, it slides.
