CAFE CASA Premium Copper Electric Milk Frother: Dual Function - Foams Milk and Also can Warm Milk for Lattes and Cappuccinos

I bought this as a gift for my parents who have a milky drink daily before bed. This is an amazing sleek design which is smaller than I anticipated but I'm a good way. It isn't imposing so can be left out on the counter top without taking much space up. It is very easy to use and quick. The milk doesn't get piping hot but it means that you can drink the drink straight away. Due to the small design you can only really get one large mug out of it at any one time. This isn't too much of a problem though because it is very quick to heat. On the whole, my parents are very pleased with it because it makes a daily task much simpler for them

It is a convenience machine in some ways, does it do much more than a hand-held frother or one that does not heat the milk ? Not really. However, if this is the type of frother you are looking for, this is a very nice looking machine, in dark copper. It works quickly and quietly and it is very easy to clean, it feels solid, the design is compact and the handle in particular has a nice grippy rubber-type jacket. It makes the milk very fluffy as promised, and there is a choice of 2 frother attachments, the other one fits into the lid very nicely. I liked the fact they did not write their (invariably unknown) brand name all over the machine like some others on Amazon.However, you'd be wise to not expect hot milk - it is indeed a frother only. Not knowing what 65 degrees was like, I would say less hot than it sounds, I would call it tepid, almost room temperature once it has gone into the cup. I had hoped for it to taste hotter but I would not take stars off for something that was accurately described and I assume my machine is working properly as I don't have a thermometer.I only took a star off 5 stars because the instructions are on the side of the box, which isn't particularly convenient to find later, and in the brochure it says it only heats the milk up to 65 degrees as this 'is the ideal temperature to ensure the flavor (sic) of your coffee is not impaired and so you don't have to wait too long until you can start sipping your drink'. As someone who has boiled their milk in the microwave for the last 20 years (and still have to), for almost the same amount of time it takes to work this machine, and who has a kettle that has a coffee setting at 90 degrees, I took this as a sales team lie to hide what is probably a technical limitation. There does not seem to be a similar product that does boil the milk to a higher temperature, even though I can see there are many people that want that. So, I would have preferred them to be a bit more upfront and less patronising. That was really my only complaint.

Arrived quickly, great packaging. Overflows when fillecto the max level with the whisk attachment, have to use the other tool and not fill right up to stop this happening.

I bought this for heating different milks - almond, cashew, cow etc and so far am happy with it. It’s a bit fiddly to clean as it’s all one part but I don’t mind that really (the same as if you were cleaning a kettle - don’t get the bottom wet or submerge into water). Looks nice. Heats and froths well. I haven’t had any issues with it spilling over and am enjoying playing around with it!!

Great machine, compact, very quiet and easy to clean and use. Tried some hazelnut milk and it frothed and heated it up a treat.

Really great so far. Have used the frother for making hot chocolate and coffee. Froths the milk really well if you use whole milk. The machine is very quiet and very easy to clean. Would highly recommend!
