It does what it is supposed to do!
It does what it claims to do. The milk is not scalding hot, but it is hot enough. DO NOT OVERFILL IT!

Little workhorse
We’ve had this frother for about two months now, and it is proving to be a true workhorse. We use it an awful lot - around a dozen times a day, every single day, and so far we haven’t had a single problem with it.Here are a few tips that might be helpful for some:Cleaning: For those who complain that the milk burns at the bottom, well that might be because it wasn’t cleaned between uses. We’ve never had this problem because we rinse it immediately under cold running water after every single use. NEVER clean it with hot or even warm water, as this will cause any milk residue to ‘set’ and make it difficult to clean. Don’t use washing up liquid or any other cleaners either - just clean, cold, running water is all you need, and be careful not to immerse the bottom of the jug in water, as this is where the electrical connector element is located.Types of milk: You can use any type of milk. We’ve used cow’s, almond, oat, hazelnut, hemp, rice and soya. Most types of milk will just clean straight off when rinsed, but others, like almond milk, will leave a slight film in the bottom. When this happens, all that’s needed is a quick wipe with a damp kitchen paper towel after rinsing.Frothing: We only use the plastic whisk and not the wire whisk as we personally don’t like too much froth, and you can in any case still get a nice layer of bubbles with just the plastic whisk, plus you can heat up a greater quantity of milk. However, if you like a really thick layer of creamy froth, then the wire whisk will not disappoint!Quantities: approx 240-300ml with wire whisk; 500ml maximum with plastic whisk. We have to agree with others who’ve complained about the visibility of the minimum & maximum markings inside the jug, they are indeed very hard to see. But this is only a minor gripe.Temperature: some people have commented that it doesn’t get hot enough, and to be fair it’s not boiling hot, but it’s certainly not tepid. You could always top it up with a little boiling water if you prefer it hotter. Personally, we find it a nice drinkable temperature, although it does cool quite quickly, so don’t leave it sitting around for too long. There are just two temperature choices: cold or hot; just push the button at the top for hot milk, or at the bottom for cold.Overall verdict: We are really in love with this frother and would definitely buy it again!UPDATE, 4 Nov 2019, more than one year on: still using it every day, still working beautifully, still highly recommended!

This is brilliant
I bought this to replace a frother that had failed after 9mths of use. This frother blows the other out of the water. It really is so easy to clean. Just swirling warm water in it removes any milk residue from the base. No scrubbing required. My first frother always burnt the milk in one area and was so difficult to clean afterwards. Although I complained to the company when the supposedly non stick surface started to come away, they didn't want to know. This unit is far superior and the non stick coating actually works. I would highly recommend this product.

Easy to use & makes enough for two huge cups of coffee
Beloved milk frother, oh how we love thee! Love this gadget, its amazing. Makes enough delicious frothy milk for two greedy coffees. Easy to clean (the trick is to rinse it straight after use and then leave about 1cm water to sit for a few minutes, that way you you can just take off the little spring and clean off the milk residue in 30 seconds.) Perfect.
