For those of us who feel bloated and full, this is the product to completely empty and cleanse the bowels. Neither rapid action nor any unpleasant side effects, it works effectively.

I was doubtful at first but after a few days started to notice they were working.I was less bloated lost a little weight.Will keep using and update my review in a few weeks.

Yeah, these don't work. They arrived in plenty of time but I don't feel them working. I've used other cleansers and you can feel the effects within 2 days, I've been using these for a week now and still nothing. May have to double the dose.

I have been eating healthy and doing general exercise while taking this product and feel much more fresh everyday. I also found the first few days were normal but approx 7 days of taking the product I started to feel as I was getting more energy day by day.Overall highly recommend this

This is the second time I have ordered these, the first time within days I was feeling more comfortable and regular. An added bonus was I actually lost 3lb in a month. I am sure I will be just as pleased second time around.

Easy to swallow and no particular flavour. But didn't do anything.

Did not work for me, tried 1 then 2-3 capsules a night and no effect at all :(
