Great
So far it’s great. I cook everything in it. Easy clean.

perfect but green
Perfect shape, great non-stick coating, but it is a deep-saturated green (which is not to my liking). Also, it needs a lid.

Impressive build with truly easy cleaning after cooking
Made of great nonstick material with a rubber handle, this pan excels at handling almost anything you cook!Much like the Always pan, this pan boasts superb build quality, from its nonstick coating to its ergonomically designed handle. The nonstick coating not only prevents food from sticking but also simplifies the cleaning process. Grease, charred residues, and other remnants effortlessly slide off, making it notably easier to clean compared to some of my other nonstick pans. The handle, crafted from a rubber material, offers a comfortable grip and is resistant to high heat. However, one drawback is that the coating can easily scratch when in contact with metal utensils. While it's advisable to use silicone or wooden cooking tools with this pan, the sides are susceptible to scraping during drying and storage.Currently priced at $39, this nonstick pan offers good value compared to similar products on Amazon. While there are alternatives featuring granite or other nonstick materials that may perform well, this pan's superior nonstick formula sets it apart in terms of ease of cleaning. However, it's worth noting that this product doesn't include a lid and isn't dishwasher-safe, features that many alternatives offer. Based on its price and features, I recommend this product for specific needs.Overall, if you're seeking a high-quality nonstick pan that's exceptionally easy to clean, this is an excellent choice. However, if you require a pan with a lid or dishwasher-safe features, you may want to explore other options.

Dr.HOWS URBAN Deep Green 9" Premium - small pan!
This is a classified as a 9 inch pan but it measures from edge to edge at about 10 inches. The actual cooking area is 7 and 3/4 inches. The sides are angled upward so you cannot use the sides for cooking area. The pan is thick and I like the weight. It is a small pan but perfect for cooking eggs or one or two hamburgers. It is non stick and do far we have been using it frequently for the last 6 weeks and it is still non stick. This is a hand wash only pan and it is not oven safe. I am OK with handwash as I hand wash all my good pots and pans. It is the perfect size for my family as I would rather wash a smaller pan than a big frying pan that someone in the family used to cook a couple of eggs. I also like the green color as my kitchen is green and black. I would buy this pan again.

Eggs slide right out of the pan. Clean up is a breeze.
The pan is the perfect size for my breakfast eggs. It's solid, distributes and holds heat well, but not so big or heavy that it's difficult for small people or seniors to wrangle. The coating is very effective at releasing clingy foods. As with all non-stick products, if you want to get lots of life out of it - Don't put the pan on a hot burner with nothing in it to pre-heat.. Never use anything other than silicone utensils - not even wood or bamboo. Soak in warm soapy water before cleaning and use dish cloths or sponges to clean - no scrub brushes or harsh abrasives. Don't store it under another pan in the cupboard. These newer pans are very durable, but realistically - it will eventually lose it non-slip effectiveness even with TLC. But until then, this one is a pleasure to use and cleans up in a snap.If it had a lid it'd be even better, but that's not the norm and it would jack up the price point, so maybe just take the pan with you to a Goodwill or other thrift store and dig up a 2nd hand lid for a dollar.

Not dishwasher safe.
Looks like a great pan and can be used on many cooking surfaces. Only in the fine print do you find out it needs to be hand washed. Not for me. Also, it's not oven safe.

Good pan
On any "nonstick" pot or pan that I buy, I give the egg test: will it fry an egg that doesn't stick and flips over without leaving residue. I've only owned one pan that actually did that; not this one.The eggs stuck a bit when flipping and left residue, but the residue came right off with the spatula, so technically, it didn't stick.Cleanup was easy later in the day without soaking. There is an interesting texture to the nonstick surface: when cleaning, it has a slightly gritty feel to it that I haven't experienced with other pans. It feels smooth to the touch, but not like other pans. All in all, it's a good size pan with a high lip to mitigate spattering (tomato sauce, meat, etc.). Eggs stuck a little when cooking, but residue came right off. Easy cleanup.

Good pan
I like the 9" size of this pan which is perfect for one or two. The base is wider than expected so there is a bit more cooking surface. It has a non-stick coating with some sort of fancy name, but it is likely a Teflon variant. The cooking surface isn't completely smooth, which makes it easier to get a spatula under the item that is cooking. Sometimes I'm chasing a egg around other super smooth non-stick pans. The product page information says that it has a Bakelite handle, but mine appears more silicone like. I don't believe that this pan is broiler safe or oven safe as that would have been listed. I hand wash my pans, but this one is not dishwasher safe. It did not come with a lid. The pan is pretty thick aluminum and the non-stick worked well on some eggs that I made. I used a small amount of butter when making the eggs because I want to eat them and not just waste them for a non-stick experiment. However, I used less than a teaspoon of butter. The bottom line is that this is a nice pan that works well. I like the extra bit of cooking surface. There is nothing to say that it is over safe and it is not dishwasher safe. No lid is provided. Is it worth almost $40? Only you can decide that.
