Dries out pretty often but it’s a great tool for learning how to shade.

I'm a tattoo artist and constantly practice in my down time. I decided to try these out to save on materials since needles and good practice skin adds up fast. These little ball point pen cartridges did not disappoint! They are perfect for gradually building shadows & soft lining. I had trouble packing in solid color though and I noticed when going over some spots multiple times that the previous ink would flick out, leaving patches or even small tears in my paper- even when working at a low voltage. I do recommend using these on thicker paper to avoid tearing! (I ended up using cardstock). The only disappointment here was that I noticed a few of my cartridges were dried out/didn't give much on paper even though they were freshly opened. Nonetheless the price is unbeatable and the product itself was able to create some pretty neat art. I'll definitely be repurchasing

These cartridges work pretty good, but as you can see from the picture I took. I used two cartridges and only outlined about six or seven very small stencils/potential tattoos. I would be happy if they lasted about four times as long.

Trying to get my gf to become a Tattoo artist, these were super easy to use, plug and play, and teach several good lessons, like pressure, shading, vibration of the machine etc.

I typically don’t leave a review but this is amazing! I recently got a tattoo gun and struggle with straight lines. I can do this while the TV is on. No tattoo practice stuff. No ink caps, no gloves, no fake skin with Vaseline mess to erase blobs, no cleaning needles. I turn it on and color. Shut it off and leave it on my coffee table. Has to be top 10 coolest things ever over purchased on Amazon. Pure genius. 👌

Work great.

I used these pen tips for a DragonHawk machine and they seemed to fit fine. The tips are each sealed in separate "sterile" packs with wax tips on the end to protect the tip and ink. Once you remove the wax, you can draw with these. As with other pen tips for tattoo machines, the ink flow gets a little inconsistent after using them for a little while. If you stop and scribble on a piece of paper without the machine on, it works. I like the color selection in this box.Nice for pratice.

Very good cartridges, I wish they had a little more ink to reduce the plastic waste, but overall it was very good. I had fun and made pretty cool pieces. You can actually control the line quality with this product opposed to the ones that have a cheap spring
