These pillows are fluffy yet firm. They do not flatten out when you sleep on them. I have been using them for over two weeks and so far still like them. I did purchase more for a guest room and then king size for my room. The king size seem not as sturdy/firm as the queen. I would definitely stick with the queen which seem to be a better quality.

I ordered these pillows specifically because I needed firmer pillows. Although they are clearly well made and comfortable to use, they are not at all what I would consider firm. I'll keep them since they are really nice and I went through the trouble of getting them all fluffed up and expanded (they arrive completely compressed), I will likely still need to find a firmer pillow for my needs.

I followed the directions... I removed them from the package, and resisted fluffing them for 30 minutes. (That was hard) They did expand somewhat, then I followed the fluff method described in the "How do you make a pillow fluff up quickly?" (Scroll down the page past all of the pictures of people enjoying the pillows) and you'll see it...There's pictures showing how to:1. Squeeze the pillows2. Hit the pillows (softly on the bed)3. Massage Evenly the pillows4. Let them air out for 24hrs to inflate completely. (And they will)IT WORKS! We have had our pillows for over a month, and they're still just as comfortable, supportive & soft & fluffy like they were 24hrs after we unwrapped them. I have ordered this product once before and absolutely loved it. It had the perfect firmness I was looking for at a price I was comfortable with. However, when I ordered another set, I was completely shocked to find that the firmness wasn't even half of my prior purchase. I'll be returning my second order and placing another one. I really hope I get another firm set. I'm not thrilled that it's taking more effort than it should to get the desired product, but I know they are capable of providing it.

These are nicely made pillows that are soft to the touch and still firm. I purchased them for my adult sons who love them.When my youngest wakes up he takes the pillow to a high shelf every morning.That is because our horrible husky has a penchant for them.Oh, and great price too!

I like these pillows a lot. I had returned ones that didn't have enough support and bought these. It's been 3 weeks now and I am sleeping a lot better. It really feels good to have some support where you need it and it is also cool; I feel a bit cooler at night. I do sleep better with these. I expect that they will last 5-8 years. Very happy with them!

I thought the pillows would be a lot firmer. They are not totally bad, but not exactly as I wanted them. Come in a vacuum bag totally deflated and have to wait about 24 hours before you can use. You have to massage, fluff and form them to be a close as you desire. In my case they did not come as firm as I wanted them. Still not bad.

I would have loved to have them a bit firmer, as I am trying to replace the pillows I used to get at Sears which you could choose between medium and firm and these are medium pillows. I am getting use to them, with a big towel under the pillow they are working out for me :)
