This folding light panel has three sections that all illuminate very brightly and can be set for different colors to stay on for a maximum of 30 minutes. There is a guide to the different colors and the effects they supposedly have on skin. I will say that using this is simple -- it is sturdy when unfolded and has ample room to fit over your head or feet or hands without any feelings of being claustrophobic. It is colorful and feels invigorating to use, though I can't say if it is having all the advertised effects, because some of them would be difficult to test, like skin firming. Although this is lightweight and easy to transport, the cord length is actually quite short and inconvenient.

I got this device in the hopes that it might reduce the effects of neuropathy and poor circulation in my ankles and feet. As it will take several weeks of use before I know if this is effective, I can’t comment on its effectiveness yet, but I am optimistic after reading about the positive results of medical studies done on red light therapy. The design of this device makes it very easy to use for this. The device is lightweight and is big enough to use over the ankle and foot. I am only using the red light feature, but selecting other color sequences is very easy to do using the control panel. Although the cord is not very long, I get around this problem by using a power strip with a long cord. I especially like the ability to fold this so it doesn’t take up much space when stored. There are a lot of red light therapy devices available now, and some are super expensive. This is priced reasonably compared to most so I feel it is a good value.

I go to a salon for facials and for an extra premium you can add the red light therapy. I loved the benefits but knew there had to be a more cost effective way. I was a bit nervous that the lights wouldn’t be the same brightness and quality that I get at the spa but after 10 minutes cooking under the light, I knew that it was just as good. In fact, I can change the colors depending on the type of treatment. Like its mask counterparts, you get consistent light exposure without having to use your hands like with a want. I kind of like this better than the red light therapy masks because you don’t have something against your face impeding your air flow. I ordered a small set of uv eye protection that doesn’t cover too much of my eyes where I most need fine line reduction. Absolutely love it. Spa quality treatment at home. Relax and let the light therapy do its work. I’m a big fan.

I have fair skin with a few age spots and.. wrinkles! I like the size as I can easily lay down, there are goggles to protect the eyes. I was worried it would hurt my skin as my skin tends to be sensitive but so far it's been fine. I've also been doing my hands and forearms and I would say that is where I'm seeing the biggest difference. I have real age spots there, senile pupura, freckles (which I don't mind but...) and those are fading for sure. This is nicely made, seems safe, easy to use with a variety of settings.

This unit produces a wide array of light choices. Most have red and blue by default but this also has green and other colors to fine tune and customize your skincare needs. It's very simple to assemble and switch settings.

I got this because I have been interested in light therapy. It's big but it works. I like that I can lay down while using this. It comes with goggles to protect my eyes and have 7 different light therapies for various functions. The cord is a little short for my liking but other than that I have no complaints. I do look forward to my results after using this for a few weeks.

I had been using an infrared eye mask made by a dermatologist, but it only did eyes and was only red light. This is a more full-spectrum product and can do your entire face, so I would say that it is much better as you can treat much more and address different issues. So, it is a better value on two fronts. As with any of these types of devices, it takes a while to see any results, but I am hopeful!!

It’s really comfortable to lay on your back, put the goggles on (comes with them) and just let the light do it’s magic. I set it on the red, for 25 minutes. Afterwards I felt the lights and they were a tad warm but it wasn’t anything concerning.The machine was really easy to set up, came packed well, came with instructions but really it was self explanatory. I quickly learned how to change the color, set the timer and get started. It was super easy.Unfortunately I don’t notice a difference with my skin since I just started, but it is nice and calming to set 30 minutes of your day laying and relaxing.
