This safe was perfect for me. I needed the volume it offers. I already have 2 Sentry fire resistant safes so that was not a concern for me.I looked at some similar Tiger King safes but they did not have the configuration I needed. Note: for some reason Tiger King lists their safe volume based on the exterior dimensions which is misleading. To figure out their actual internal capacity you have to multiple the interior HxWxD in inches then divide by 1728 to get the cubic feet.The top compartment does not lock but I don't need it too. Its perfect for holding multiple small loose items .Some people have complained that the fingerprint reader is finicky but that's probably because they did not read the manual closely. When registering a print the sensor scans your finger three times. If you only do it once it will not always work. Fortunately you can register the same finger multiple times (up to 30). After registering my finger three times (9 scans) it works every time.

After doing hours of research I decided on this safe. It’s not fireproof or waterproof, but I can purchase the bags to put my valuables in to protect them. Safe arrived in perfect condition, very easy set up, directions easy to follow. I love having 2 ways to open safe, thumbprint or key. Size is big, will fit a lot of items. The top compartment is big too. The shelves are lined with something that is very soft, shelf can be removed to use safe for large items. This safe was not my first choice, Sentry was—-but after reading all the reviews about problems opening it Sentry was removed from the list. This safe is heavy, comes with bolts to attach to wall. The only thing that I would have liked was for the top compartment to have a more solid door and a lock on it, other than that I am thrilled with my purchase. I would definitely recommend this safe!

Initially, my excitement over my new safe turned to frustration when I found that the keys were not included in the package. This was a significant oversight for me.Upon contacting customer service to address this issue, I was initially directed to a link to purchase the keys myself, which was both surprising and disappointing. The prospect of waiting an additional 2.5 months (Chinese New Year) for the keys to arrive only added to my frustration, reflecting poorly on RPNB's commitment to customer satisfaction and quality control.However, I must commend the customer service team for ultimately resolving the issue. After voicing my concerns, they promptly sent me a key, allowing me to access my safe. This turnaround demonstrated a willingness to rectify mistakes and ensure customer satisfaction.While my initial experience with RPNB's customer service was less than ideal, the final resolution reflects positively on their commitment to support their customers. Potential buyers should take note of this outcome, as it indicates that, despite initial setbacks, RPNB is capable of providing effective post-purchase support. My revised opinion is that, while there was a significant hiccup in the process, the company took the necessary steps to correct the issue and ensure my satisfaction.

Very good safe. Sturdy and stylish. The only issue to consider is that the batteries do not last long. I used Duracells and I do not open the safe often. I still give the safe a 5-star rating because there are other ways to open the safe. There is the USB option for external power and the keys open the safe even if you have two-factor authentication enabled. Touch-screen stopped working- check your batteries first. It happened to me.

I have recently purchased this safe, given a trail run for about a month now and i can say the safe has worked really well. at first i thought the biometrics were a bit finicky but once I realized i needed to tap it first to turn it on it has worked well on first try each time. I also find that the safe is spacious. nice leather insides with key holders and secret compartment . I bolted my safe down into the foundation and seems really sturdy.

I purchased the 2.8 cubic feet home safe in white. It arrived a few days later (very quick). Brought it into the house and realized it was missing the set of keys that come with it. I reached out the company and they responded immediately to assist. Same day they told me what was needed and began the process to get new keys generated and sent to me. Got the keys shortly after in the mail. I love this safe and it fits our needs perfectly. The size is perfect but the customer service was impeccable. I highly recommend this safe to anyone thinking of purchasing.

Solid safe; however I followed the smart touch screen home safe instruction manual and it was impossible to register the passe code or finger identification !! Very disappointed.

Overall a very hefty safe for the price but the cover over the emergency key hole was broken
