Beautifully Made Boom Arm
Excellent quality triple header boom arm made from excellent materials which should last forever if treated correctly. The boom arm is made from solid steel and as you would expect it is and feels solid, it is not as heavy as I thought it was going to be but it has a bit of weight to it, there is no chance of this falling apart. You can attach five lights/devices to the five mounting points which is more than enough for anyone BUT with the weight of this and say five lights attached to it you will need a heavy duty C Stand/light stand to use this with.I like that they have attached rubber rings to the bottom of each mounting point to protect both the boom arm and what you connect to it, this is a nice touch.Beautifully welded together no sharp edges or bits sticking out that will catch on anything this is just a perfect design in my opinion.Overall I am very happy with the Neewer boom arm and would recommend it.

A Lovely Shiny Piece Of Great Engineering
When I ordered this I thought that it came with a floor stand but that isn't the case as can be seen in the listing, it was just my hurrying that missed the actual contents.Due to my not having a suitable stand I have not yet managed to get good use from this unit however this really is made very well. I am now planning on making a wall mount swinging arm type of device to hold this tidily which I feel will work well for photo lighting in one room.On opening, this is made from a lovely piece of steel and is of a good weight. The centre stand mount has a collar with a thumb screw for tool-less operation which leaves a total of five 5/8" pins for mounting hardware. All of the engineering on this arm is of a very high quality and then finished in a mirror bright polished steel appearance. As well as for photography I can see this being very useful to video bloggers, Picture in Picture gaming tutorials and anything else where a good quality lighting mount may be required to use for plain lighting or special lighting effects such as flashing blues to simulate the emergency services.Overall, this boom arm is a beautifully made and very useful base for equipment of many types.Recommended.

Admirable upgrade to my studio
This is no mere arm, it's an enabling device for photographers. Designed with a steel body, it presents an unwavering stance, shrugging off the weight of heavy lighting fixtures with ease. The integration of multiple pins, I found, opens up a vast world of mounting options - it's like having an extra pair of hands. Compatibility with both standard and larger stud sizes is indeed a key advantage. The transition from a cluttered setup to a streamlined one is invigorating, thanks to this device.

Premium quality feels really solid, will last a life time
£76 at time of reviewAll metal construction, premium quality feels really solid, rated at 20Kg, and I don’t doubt it, should last life time, and at £75 you’d expect it too. Don’t load this up and expect a cheap stand to hold that amount of weight in place, they’re likely rated at 5-8Kg, their adjustment knobs will slip and give way, if not topple.I’ve a Neewer heavy duty stand rated at 20Kg, so replaced the top bar with this and loaded it up with a few lights, didn’t hit 20Kg but was getting close, definitely had to weigh down the legs. The triple head held everything in place perfectly, and of course comes with industry standard sized pins, so everything bolts together easily.Hope my review was helpful

Extremely robust
This is superbly made and incredibly strong. You'll need a good strong light stand to get the best out of it. It easily copes with the few lights I've been using on it, and best of all it's freed up some floor space that used to be occupied by extra strands. I suspect I could get away with putting much heavier lights on it and even then it would be the stand that gave way before this adapter. I'm very impressed by the build quality.

Good quality and very useful
I think an item like this is only useful if you have very specific needs but for me I wanted to mount multiple lights on top of a single stand and have them slightly separated and this does the job nicely. It feels solid and it's the type of quality you would expect from this brand which is consistently good. I've had a lot of their products over the years and never been disappointed with them. Not much more to say about it but the important point is that it does the job and does the job well.

Veramente ottimo per il mio utilizzo (flash da studio).Ho caricato su 2 flash da studio di 1200watt più ombrello diffusore da 180 e non ha “tremato” una sola volta. Ottimo. 5 stelle

Versatility at its best
I'm familiar with Neewer's products so I expected quality upon ordering this multi pin boom arm. I am happy to say I received a sturdy, stainless steel arm featuring five 5/8" baby pins. There's also the central 1 1/8 inch pin that allows this to attach to my C stand. I was never fond of the arm that came with my C stand as it didn't seem sturdy, so this one by Neewer not only provides a replacement, but gives me 5x as much flexibility to add lighting.I've personally dealt more with natural light than with lighting equipment, so I'm still learning what all I can do with the C stand and with this Neewer arm. From what I can tell so far, it appears that I can add my LED lights to it, my AD200 strobe, my video lights, and ring light, if need be. Just remember, the more lighting you pile on, you will want to add sand bags to help keep your C stand from leaning. Having these 5 pins allows me to work with gels, while also keeping steady light going, in both similar or different directions, depending on my needs. Using this arm, I'll be able to not only take more dramatic images, but also do interviews and video related projects. It's very compatible friendly.

EXCELLENT build quality. Great piece of kit.
What a pleasant surprise this is...completely heavy-duty T-Arm with five 5/8" pins, for mounting lots of stuff. Lights, mics, audio gear, you name it.It's not lightweight. The 5/8" pins are substantial, well-knurled, and fit snugly into pro lighting equipment. No wobbling on these. And you can either mount it to a 5/8" pin (straight down, or at a 90-degree angle)...or you can remove the substantial locking bolt, and slip it into a standard 1-1/8" C-stand or Light Stand for an absolutely rock solid rig.The chrome plating is well done. Mine was short one o-ring on the 5/8 pins, but little matter. You will likely never bottom out on these pins, as they're quite substantial. And I can find an O-ring.I really was not expecting this to be quite so hardcore and high quality. I would have been satisfied with something even a little lighter. And I don't mean to say that it's overly heavy. Just that it's top-grade, and I'd say the 44-pound weight limit on this stand is underrated. If you have a wide-based stand, you could really pile the gear on this thing. You could also mount a lot more clips, etc., on it. There's plenty of room on the bar for extra mics, etc. It could even serve as the basis for a built-it-yourself mic rig for remote recording.Five stars.
