After a month of using and just charging the inbuilt battery a few times the USB port on the amp ement and became loose....after opening the top of the amp head i found the part was loose and broken out of the circuit board. The built quality of it was bad and was not made to used to charge often like we do on a smart phone.if i hold the small port in place and plug the usb cable then it shows it is charging but this is useless cause i cant open the cover everytime and hold it in place. Hopefully a phone servicing center maybe able to help me with this manufacturing defect.

The low ends are not clean at all. There is no volume knob, instead a gain knob, which when increased, distorts the tone.

The product is value for the money. I am using it for my guitars and the clean sound was amazing for its size and capacity. Very easy to carry and handle. Enjoying every bit of this amp.
