If you're like me and tired of the gyms closing, restricting hours, making you reserve times, etc, then you definitely will enjoy this portable home gym! The setup itself is extremely durable and easily portable. I was amazed at how many different exercises I could do and the array of muscles I could target. It is great for doing deadlifts, curls, rows, presses, squats...you name it!It can be hooked up to an abdomen wheel as well, which I am definitely going to try! All of the compents are extremely well made and durable. The bars are aluminum alloy and the bands are all ABS material that has a tremendous amount of strength and resilience. The base weight capacity is 242 pounds, which allows us plenty of room to grow. The tensions can be adjusted 30 pounds all the way to 120 pounds. I haven't gotten that high yet but my husband has and says it stays strong throughout.I now get my workouts done in under a half hour instead of spending valuable time traveling to and from the gym, waiting on machines, scheduling times, etc. I love being able to get a full body workout that targets all the main muscle groups - chest, legs, abs, arms, back and shoulders - right from the comfort of my own home.

I'm actually surprised how much I like this. I wasn't sure at first but as I'm using it and figuring out how to do my regular exercises, it's pretty great. Mine was used and didn't come with any manual but you can Google exercises or look at pictures from related products. I do squats with 2 cables and the clip for more resistance or you can do it with the bar, deadlifts if you triple loop the cable, leg extensions with a cable attached to one board and ankle strap, and of course any curls/ presses. I was disappointed that the two boards don't stay together, they only butt up next to each other. It seems durable as I've stretched the cables where I was sightly worried but it has been fine, hasn't broke or slipped.

I just wish there were more bands other than two 40lb and two 50lb bands.

Everything came as described and seems to be of good quality, however I’m 6’3” and the bands that this comes with are definitely not long enough for someone that I would say over 6 feet.

This is an awesome product. I am on the road to recovery from a back surgery that left me un able to walk. I am learning to walk all over again and balance is a big issue. I am unable to go to the gym, so this gives me a gym right in place where I am. If I loose my balance I just sit back down in my chair. This is awesome. It is very easy to use, it caught it on sale so the value is amazing. Once I put it together I didn't have to worry about it breaking or bending because the way I have to pick it up which also make the durability great.

Board is very flimsy. I’m a little over 200 lbs (which is why I ordered) and when it arrived I was initially very excited and set everything up, but this board would snap under my weight… maybe a good choice for smaller individuals

Brought for my mom to workout. She loves it. Everything you need in one.

I really wanted to like this but the elasticity of these just doesn’t provide the type of strength training feeling I was looking for. Super loose and flimsy. The push-up handles are cool, but the whole thing overall was a let down. Ended up giving it away.
