Horst frankly relates his own checkered past, how he became associated with the Hamburg Clubs scene and more specifically with John, George, Peter & Paul, The original Beatles. Horst had less to do with Stuart and Ringo but they and Little Richard, Jerry Lee Lewis, Chuck Berry and others all had memorable run in's with our hero, Horst, who spends the majority of the book relating his own life and times, I say it's a very interesting read ad a must for every Beatles fan who does not mind being shocked by some really nasty recollections from Horst's own world of rock & roll... from jail time to good times.
