Works well. A bit small
Easy care. Does not beat up my knives. Good for cutting a chicken breast or tomato. Large objects or multiple items you will need a larger board.

Great quality cutting board with nice features
This quickly became my favorite cutting board. I ordered the small size - it’s 11.75” x 9.25”. The small size is perfect for most of the smaller meals I make. The board feels like it’s made from plastic, but the manufacturer says it’s a paper composite material. The board gets cut/slice marks pretty easily, but I consider that a good thing. It means the board is taking damage, not my knives. Hopefully my knives will stay sharper, longer, using this softer material. If the manufacturer didn’t mention the paper composite material, I would not have known. I soak and wash the board with other items, and the material has held up well, just like a plastic. The cutting board is dual-sided. One side has a juice channel routed in. The other side is smooth. The board is also perfectly flat - no warpage thus far. It lays flat on my counter, and doesn’t rock around.I really like the four silicone feet. Each foot is one piece, and goes through both sides of the board. The feet aren’t glued on, they stay in place with a tight fit around the edges. The feet aren’t going to be falling off, and I’m not going to have to keep gluing them back on (like my current small board). The feet provide a nice, solid grip on the counter as long as it’s dry.Overall, this is a great quality cutting board. Material is great. The silicone feet provide a flat, solid surface to work on. Love it.

A great cutting board that fits in the dishwasher for cleaning too
This medium-sized cutting board from Mercer Culinary is great. One side features a juice groove and the other side is completely smooth, making it easy to slide chopped foods off. The rubber feet on each corner help the cutting board not slide but do add a bit of "springboard" if you chop particularly intensely. The feature I really love is that it's only 9 1/4" wide, meaning it's really easy to fit in my dishwasher on the side for cleaning. The paper material that's been used to make the board seems to be good at not absorbing water, so that's pretty good durability for something that's not plastic. The finish does take on minor knife marks during use, but that's common for cutting boards to wear over time.I'm not sure why the listing calls this cutting board large when there are larger sizes available in the same style. If you want a larger model (that may not fit in your dishwasher as easily) they're also on Amazon at the Mercer Culinary storefront.

A must have for any kitchen
A very sturdy cutting board that's super easy to clean. Love the wooden look without having to deal with the maintenance that comes with them. This board is an ideal size for fruit, deli meat, etc... but small enough to fit in most dishwashers for easy cleaning. The four rubber feet keep the board from sliding around and the juice channel is fairly deep enough to prevent spill over. One thing to keep in mind when using a composite board like this is that they can be harder on knives versus a plastic or wooden one. Might find yourself sharpening your knives a bit more frequently but for me it's a small price to pay for the convenience.

Composite cutting boards are always great!
This is a great cutting board, the feet are sturdy and and maintain grip while cutting. It is on the smaller side for cutting boards, but it's great when I'm just prepping sandwiches or cutting fruit (even for cutting fruit this is overkill. The channel is not too deep but still captures all the juices keeping them from dripping onto the counter and under the rubber feet and making things slippery.Note that after first use I do see cut marks which is normal, I've used similar composites like Epicurean and the same thing occurs. Which is really what you want since it means the cutting board isn't dulling the knife.

I'm a fan!
I've gotta say I'm a fan! I have both the medium and the large and I'm about to go order the small because I love these so much!I love that they're eco-friendly, but I really love that the cutting surface is smooth. They're fairly lightweight. The juice channel is on one side and not on the other which is perfect for me.The silicone feet work very well at preventing sliding while cutting. The handle is nice for lifting but also hanging if you choose to.They are dishwasher safe, but I always hand wash my boards. They look great, are very sturdy, don't absorb moisture, and the smooth cutting surface prevents food being potentially stuck in little nooks and crannies.

Light weight and stay put cutting board
I have a few of these cutting board using the same recycled pressed cardboard material. They are safer on knifes than some and easy to clean. This one has rubber feet that protrudes from front and back, they wont come off like most glued ones I’ve tried. You will not go wrong with this cutting board.

Sturdy and one piece
Recently I've been going through cutting board like milk and that's usually due to the wooden ones cracking into half or pieces. The wood ones generally are made with smaller pieces that are either glued or fixed together one way or another. These one piece cutting boards, be it plastic or composite, seems to be much more sturdy. Easy to wash and just throw it in the dishawasher.
