I bought these mushroom gummies a couple of weeks ago in the goal of helping me improve my focus while at work. I’d heard wonderful things. I tried them and kind of felt like I was doing slightly better but wasn’t sure if I could directly attribute it to these gummies or not.The one thing that did happen about two weeks in was this massive increase in my libido. I hadn’t done anything different recently that I could think of that could attribute this change to other than the gummies. And, out of curiosity I did some searching online and found out that two of the mushrooms ARE supposed to help with libido. Specifically cordials and reishi. I also noticed while at the gym recently, I was also noticing better performance at the gym. Lifting was going better. Running was easier, too. Again, I looked this up and they were also apparent benefits of some of the mushrooms in the gummies.I have zero clue if any of it is related. But I do make not of how my body feels day to day and if I’m feeling bad, I think back to anything that I could have done that could have caused it. So, while reflecting and noticing all these changes for me recently - they started within a couple of weeks of starting these gummies.Will it work for you? Who knows? Is this the actual reason for these changes or is it some sort of placebo effect? Again, I don’t know. But I’m going to continue on because I do feel like these gummies are the only real thing I’ve changed recently as I added them to my daily routine. I get up, take my medicine, eat the three gummies, and go about my day.They aren’t soft like regular gummy bears - but they taste good enough to not notice a mushroom flavor (a plus for me).I like them and think they work for me.

I love the taste and the boost in mood when I take these gummies. They are a little tough since I wear braces so I can’t take them as often. Otherwise I would recommend.

*****UPDATE August 1*****I am downgrading my previous review mostly because I have a strong feeling this product made me feel worst. I bought it because I wanted to improve my ability to focus. Since I started taking it I felt random symptoms I never dealt with before. 1. Dizziness 2. Short memory loss ( never had this before). 3. Sensation of being overwhelmed constantly. Not like me. I stopped taking it yesterday and today I had none of these symptoms. Not sure why. I really wanted this to work. The flavor is grwat. But not for me. Good luck!******Initial review*******Started taking them on July 21. Taste is awesome. I love the sweetness level and texture. Can't ask for more. However, not sure if it has been coincidence or they don't seem to fit well. Day one was no issue at all. Day 2 I took 2 instead of 3 and had a migraine ( I have chronic migranes), but then I got very dizzy while in a virtual meeting. I also noticed yesterday I left my eyedrops bottle open. Little things but very odd. Today right after breakfast O eneded up with dearreah which is now getting me concerned. I want them to work for me. Now is after lunch and had my only one gummies. Maybe my body needs to get used to them? Not sure what tomorrow will be. I will keep updating this review based on progress.

This item is horrible. It says it’s promotes relaxation and calm, but I took it at 9am and it’s now midnight and I can’t sleep. It’s all sugar and crap. I should have just taken shots of pure sugar. What a joke. Disgusting what they are claiming. There is NO relaxation, NO calming, the exact opposite. Felt super charged and not healthy. Like on drugs. Please don’t buy. This is an upper like no other. I am horrified by these effects.
