The media could not be loaded. Even though it was over 100 degrees F where I live, I decided to make some moose burger jerky. I had just thawed out a three pound package and thought there was no better time than the present to put my new Kinsaninc Jerky Gun to the test. Well, it performed flawlessly, as I expected after seeing how well it was made. I expect this jerky gun will last several years.It was easy to load the ground meat into the front of the tube. I chose the wide and flat nozzle for the moose jerky, because that was desired look I wanted. The jerky gun pumped the ground meat out evenly in nice strips. The wide strips have more surface area for smoke to flavor the meat. I can also make beef or wild game sticks, using the round nozzles and the appropriate sized casings.Let’s just say the moose jerky was FANTASTIC!Back to the jerky gun. Clean up was a breeze. I used a brush with hot soapy water to clean the jerky gun and dried it off. That simple.Here’s a few pics to add to the video.I hope the review was helpful. Thank you.

I have tried different ways to make jerky and it always comes out hard to chew. So I decided to get some ground up beef and try this. First instruction weren’t great it just told you how to load the gun. This is my first time using one I picked the beef jerky end to try. I found that the handles to squeeze were very hard on my hands even with 2 hands, this might be easier for someone with stronger hands. The jerky came out with no problems, I cut my pieces smaller as it came out and they were all even thickness of pieces. When I was done I found a bunch of Hamburg still up in the nozzle that I pushed what I could push with my fingers and then I got the back of a butter knife and got the rest out of it. The jerky came out very tender and I was happy with the end result. Better instructions for those like me just learning and never used one before and a handle a little easier on the hands and it would be perfect.

first one looked like it was a refurbished or returned as it was scratched up on sides and inside was bent up.requested replacement and second one was defective as the inside element would not advance. returned this one as well.

This gun does work to get the shape of the meat right. However it appears to leak so be careful where you use it.

So, this is my first jerky maker (and obviously my first time making jerky) but this came out fantastic! I'll admit that I was a bit intimidated by the Jerry gun as it IS a very well-made appliance! I took one look at it and felt I wasn't worthy of suck a nice gun at my amateur level! But after watching a few videos I realized how much of a breeze this was to use; and it's also pretty fun too! Cleanup was a cinch with hot soapy water and a brush. Now all I have left to do is work on my "recipes" and I'll be snacking on Jerry always and forever, now😏 I LOVE this machine and at the price you can't go wrong. I would highly recommend giving this a try😁👍🏾

I used to have a sausage attachment for an industrial Hobart chopper and made sausage all the time. I no longer have it but wanted to give this a try. It did well, but I will admit it is considerably more tedious than just turning on a machine, you're hands surely get tired fairly quickly. But it did work fairly well and at a fraction of the cost.

Sausage is key to the bbq'er in your life, and this product is such a great gift. Nothing says I love you than a great tasting homemade sausage. This product works really well and is really affordable! Seller shipped this really fast and in great condition.

Haven't used it yet but will probably get as chance to try it out if i get a deer this year. Looks to be a quality product and dont see any reason it wont work. Cant wait to give it a try
