Needs better protection when packed
Was unhappy as product wasn’t packed properly and leaked into cardboard outer box. This item is expensive and lost some of the product.

Not as good as the Goldwell product that has been discontinued
My hair definitely prefers the Goldwell product.

Good moisturizing conditioner
While I wasn’t impressed with shampoo of the same brand, I liked this conditioner. Hair felt nice and moisturized. The smell was ok too
