When I purchased it, I read reviews that the pony cannot move, but it looks cute and the size is very suitable. I gave it as a gift to my daughter. After receiving the product and installing it, I found that I need to open the battery cover and connect the power supply before it can be used. Very satisfied with the product.

I bought this for my 18 month old despite all the negative reviews and it doesn’t even turn on & has never turned on! It’s July 2024. I figured maybe they would have fixed the issues perhaps but no! The return stage is a nightmare not being Amazon as well.. don’t waste your time or money!!!

I bought this item in July of 2023. I bought it for a Christmas gift for my 2 yr old Granddaughter. It was put in a closet and never opened the box. We got it out on Christmas eve to charge it and put it by the tree. It never charged and still will not charge. That was very disappointing for your Granddaughter on Christmas morning!!!

This never turned on. Not easy to put together. The size it good for a kid. But this product never turned on. So I don’t know anything else
