Antenna Works Great! Especially When Placed Properly!!
I previously had one of the flat TV antennas and if you didn't face exactly to the direction of the tower, you got spotty reception at best. I got tired of moving that thing around so I decided to try something omni-directional like the Ostrat. Guess what, it works great and I'm using it outside even though the description says its an indoor antenna.Placement is still crucial, but having the USB amp that plugs into the back of the TV gives this thing power that I didn't have before. It's very small and not in the way. For me, elevating it got me more channels, so look at the pic to see how I rigged it up to be a little higher than the TV. Works great on this pole on my porch.Reception is very sharp, even on channels that are not High Def. I've spent a lot of money trying out different antennas and got marginal reception in the past, but I know I have a winner here. The instruction manual was easy to understand and had some good FAQ's. Seller got it to me lightning fast as well. Overall, a very good experience with this item.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! It's a set up!
OK, this is an absolute JOKE. They try to bait you with a $30 Amazon Gift Card for a "decent" review. Supposedly only 1% of purchasers get this card in the box. Well, I purchased another one for my living room and low and behold, what was in there, the same "$30 Amazon Gift Card". Some lucky 1%, eh? It makes me think that Amazon is in on this scheme! It's not the set-up, it's the channels. It does not have over 300 channels as it claims. For some reason, I cannot get channel 7, 9 or 11 in NYC. There is no clear picture. I get pixelated pictures. God FORBID it rains, i definitely can hang it UP! I read and re read the instructions. I placed it in the window, by the window, did the north, south, east, west whole bit. I even stood on one leg, held it up to the sky leant left, held up rabbit ears and still NOTHING! I reached out to the company to the email they provided, and did I get a response??????? ABSOSMURFLY NOT! There should be an option of NO STARS for the lying and deceitful practices.....

This Antenna gives great reception.
I like the small size of this antenna, it gives great reception and was very easy and quick to get installed and set up.

Good antenna
However, there’s no way it could pull signals in from far away as it says, works well for 35 miles though.

Receiving
This was easy to install however I am still having trouble finding placement. Always having trouble with signal. That is probably more me than the antenna and the location in the room

Really impressive
The antenna arrived today and I immediately set it up. It took about 5 minutes to set up the equipment and a few minutes more to scan the available channels. When the scan was finished I couldn’t believe how many channels are now available including local channels. The picture quality is excellent and there does not seem to be any interference. I live in a large city and I’m sure close to a broadcast tower, but I’ve used other antennas in this same city and not had anywhere near the number of available channels or the quality.

TV Antenna Indoor.
Works ok, once you find the right spot for it within its coax length limits. Did pick up more stations than with a flat antenna that sticks to your window. Ad said 560-mile range, which it would need a Mirical to get in my opinion.

Easy to install
I returned the "top-rated" indoor antenna because it was too difficult to adjust, and it didn't stay on the channel once locate. This is much easier to use and to adjust. It doesn't get all of the local channels because we are 50 miles away and don't have a line of sight to the tower. However, the channels that do come in are loud and clear. I especially like the magnetic base. I have it on a metal table, so I don't have to worry about it tipping over or otherwise moving once it is set.
