Bad mat….Actually bad springs!
The mat on our trampoline is extremely stretchy. My kids look as if they willHit the ground. My daughter is only 110lb. NO WAY someone 400lb could jump and not hit the ground. No way to contact seller, and get a replacement mat. Our only option is to take it all apart and return it. Not happy.Update: it is actually the springs that are crap and dangerous! Do NOT waste your $ on this trampoline. There is no one from the company to contact either. Thank goodness Amazon customer service is excellent!

Very good for the price
Its a trampoline. The kids love it. My kids (10 and 12) and I, put this together in about 2 hours. Its a pain in the butt, but no more so than any other trampoline. My only complaint is that the bendable poles that go around the top, seem to be a little short and keep popping out. This does not effect the safety of the trampoline as much as it is annoying.

Bad bad choice for kids over 60 pounds
Loved it the first day. Then the poles around the top started popping out every time 2 kids jumped together or my older two kids 13 and 16 jumped alone. One by one they come out every time now. It is too large or a purchase and took a while to put together so I can’t return. So disappointed ! Our last trampoline lasted for over 5 years in our harsh Montana climate and this one will probably be on the trash before the first fall.

DANGEROUS!
Just assembled this and it is NOT sturdy enough for the supposed 450 pound capacity! The legs on this one seem so unstable, bending inwards and ready to collapse at any moment after just 5 minutes of our 125 pound son jumping on it. Over close to 20 years, we've owned a number of trampolines - and none scared us as much as this one! Already taken down, packed up and return started.

Bad design
The trampoline itself seems fine. But the net has a very poor design. The fiberglass rods constantly pop out of the slots. When one pops out the rest get messed up too. After only a few days of it being up we had to fix the netting multiple times and one of the support poles was already bent :-(This trampoline is not great but we are thankful for amazons awesome customer service. We were able to return this without much difficulty.
