Wonderful soles for my son feet

This is my first pair of arch support insoles so I don't have anything to compare them to except my expectations. For the most part they have good support. Once I cut them down to size, they fit well into my boots & shoes as far as length and width goes. They have guidelines molded onto the soles to assist you in cutting so once you figure out the right length, that part was fairly easy. The downside for me was that they were a little bit thick... when I was wearing them, my boots felt too tight between top and bottom and my big toe pressed against the inside top of the boot which was uncomfortable. Not a total was though as I still will be able to wear them in my sneakers where I can adjust the space by how tightly I lace them.Overall the quality is good. One final note is that the material is pretty firm, vs cushiony, so if you are looking for soft cushioning, this may not be the best product for you.

My feet still lil me on typical work day

Perfect fit, sits comfortably in shoe like it was meant to be there.

I do a lot of standing and walking for work and the inner part of my feet have began aching after a few hours. I decided to try these insoles and they have provided the comfort and support my feet needed. My feet can pretty much last the day, my back on the other hand . . .

I do not recommend these at all. I used them for about 3 hours in a pair of HOKA running shoes and my pain actually increased. I couldn't wait to take them out and put the original insoles back in.
